Solution to all swarm games. Upgrade weapon, increase it's amount of bullets, find a nice angle and lay siege to everything with your seismic wave shotgun of doom.

All these losing then I relalized the solution: blindly rush the enemy so fast that it cannot cope with you. All in all it was short and felt like it was missing something the first game had.

good game 4/5 because the ether was was really long to get= well to get all upgrades bought, it needs fixing, or increased when the enemy-upgrades then the ehter is x2 and so on etc....
but other than that good game!

upgrade your weapon 2x, sheild 1x, and go for the bottom row of upgrades, I started with either missles or secondary. stay along the valence ring(outer) of oranges and the station wont get attacked so much. take out oranges as you can, but you will need to upgrade your engine, going through the red star does nothing besides makes you an easy target for oranges and other ones. learn to move in a cyclic motion, as everything spins, up till you kill the last orange- I did notice that the 'system' got slower as I killed more oranges. oranges regen, so stay on one and pay attention to suroundings.

This game is one of the only ones I've ever seen where the boss is present the whole time, but you can't hope to kill it until you upgrade.

Looks and sounds great! But even with everything set to Low, my computer isn't fast enough to run it. Would like to see some Lower settings.

It was a really nice and enjoyable game. It was well balanced with upgrades and after completing the game you can actually understand that this game has been given some thought :). Deserves a sequel as good as this part, but if you can make it better then go for it :P

Ha! Nevermind, I didn't know you could hold down the mouse and have continuous fire. If you click it once over and over again, it only fires once in a blue moon. You can hold it down though and it fires forever. That's really weird.

All that time designing a potentially great game, and you just didn't finish strong. Would someone please explain to me why my weapon only fires once out of every five or six times I hit the mouse? I'm using a single shot rifle in a fight where everyone else has an assault rifle. How is that balanced and fair? I also cannot upgrade near fast enough to keep pace with the enemy. It's not even close. It would be a fun game if those things were fixed. As it is now I can't even play it.

I've just beaten the game in the first try. Tips : 1º Uprgrade 1 or 2 times the Cannon and Allies Units.
2º Uprgade in this order 1-Smart Missiles. 2-Secondary Cannons 3-Triple Shot and 4-Repulsion Shield.
3º Uprgrade up 1 time more Alles Units and to the max Cannon and Shield.
While you are getting more Ether try to kill some of the Big Yellow orbs.

difficult in the beginning but when i got maxed gun, decent shield and triple shot i could practicaly just sit next to the boss (with its shield up still) and constantly spawn kill and if i didnt kill some their were all hell amount of allies surrounding me (maxed out of course)

This game is really well done. The franticness of the units makes it similar to a real dogfight. Also as you grew stronger so did the enemy. Making it to where youcouldn't just instantly win by having superior technology or firepower. The orbs around there base did provide a nice challenge to. A little tip to beginners of this game is to upgrade you allied units first.

I would agree strongly with a sequel with campaign mode. Add some variety to the baddies, a few more upgrades with maybe a nuke option, several different campaigns with different missions to save the galaxy and all of humanity!
