Error on weapons? Level 7 weapons does 28 pts and level 8 does 20 pts. Level 9 upgrade says it is 60 pts. Numbers off?
Hello, note that the level 7 weapon is only one shot, it shows in the right side menu, and the 8 is two shots, dealing a total damage of 40. But only if you hit both shots, otherwise just one hit will take only 20. :)
So congratulations on finishing the game, as Limnomys said, there is no screen saying the game is over or congratulating the player, so it is not known whether the game is over or not. Excuse me. To further complete the game you can still try to complete all achievements on the achievements page. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the game, but killing the final boss was very anticlimactic. I mean, I spent some hours here and didn't receive a single "Thanks" or "Congratulations". A proper ending would be a nice improvement.
Yes it's true! I will analyze a screen to include in the game. Thanks for enjoying and completing the game. And sorry for the game not having a final screen.

I liked the game. However, as others have pointed out, the currency/exp system is not right. In "upgrade" games, you usually have a currency-based upgrade progression where you need to spend coins for upgrades, or an exp-based upgrade progression where you need to spend "level points" you get after each level up, but not both. In this case, the upgrades alone are necessary for progression, or else it will be hard/impossible to pass some levels. Also, if you do a level-target progression, it should NEVER be a mission for specific stages - after you get the required level, the stage becomes not replayable anymore, so the stage in itself is actually obsolete and serves no purpose whatsoever.
Yes it's true! This is the first game I create in this style, and it's all serving as an experience for me. I get your idea. It really wasn't such a good idea to let it reach a certain level as a mission. Sorry

What does the bubble power up do?? It seems to turn my shots into a stream of bubbles that don't hit anything or do any damage, and I can't really avoid it as the powerups all kind of look alike
It really gets in the way of your gameplay because it wastes your time and money. You can avoid it by noticing that its bottom is red and the others are green. This was not very well explained, as many people ask me. I apologize for this and promise to improve next time. Thanks.

It took me until the last few stages before I realized by accident that the big blue circles were shields and not an invulnerable obstacle. An S on it would make it much more clear. Otherwise, a great little mini-game and hopefully a base for a much more fleshed out game.
On the shields, yes, it's a shield haha. I put in the help screen what each one is. Thanks for the comment, for sure I will make a much more elaborate game on this basis, I have a lot of comments and compliments from the players, so it helps me to create better things with much more experience.
Thanks, it's because you already reached the required level, so it automatically exits the level, all levels you can repeat but 2, 7, 12, 17 and 22 don't.

im confused, is the power up with what appears to be a d just a downgrade? it just makes your shots do 0 damage. is there a certain way to use it that i dont see?
This is a powerdown, it turns your shots into a bubble causing you to lose time and money, if you notice, there is a red background in this powerdown, and in powerup there is a green background. :)
Do you happen to see closed doors when you start the game a few times? Have you ever played previous versions of the game? Strange because this happened to players who had save from the old game yet.

I just had the same thing happen for 'undetectable V' when i beat 22 instantly, i think it might have to do with already being that level when you reach it for the first time and it unlocks the stage needed for the achieve
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I got the undetectable IV achievement instantly when i beat lv17 by already being higher then the needed level but the achieve says it's for lv18 which i haven't beaten yet
I encountered a problem with the lines of code, so as soon as I test I post a new update, as it rarely happens to players, but in this case you have already completed it, so the status has already been sent to Kongregate. Sorry Thanks for the feedback.
Hmm, what a darn boss !! I'll check it out now! EDIT:
I fixed, previously he was following the player crazily and still shooting, being almost impossible to defeat him, now he does not follow him anymore. :)

Great game. Not much grind, a good reward system....... Not sure what's up with XP. You either have it and instantly win, or have to grind......The bosses are cool and have a fun attack pattern. Except for the bit with the last boss who disables firing and shifts around. Waste of time. Boring....... The ships that slam into the bottom of the screen are a good change of pace.

On another note, it's a good game. I think most people wouldn't fully try to get all the upgrades; they are too expensive. I've grinded for a good while, after beating the game, just to get damage fully upgraded and firerate 1 from being fully upgraded. But I don't feel like continuing anymore :P Too much of a grind and the gameplay does get reptitive after all levels are done.

6 upgrades in firerate. That's what you want, and then if you play BFG Division from Doom 2016 in the background the firerate sounds matches perfectly with the rythms in the song.
Wow! this is very crazy and cool !! Other players were able to synchronize the shots with the music within the game itself. This gives me a very good idea, but it requires a lot of investment. Imagine each fire rate level having a different song? That would be so cool !!
OMG, sorry, I'll fix this, it was really horrible, I ended up doing the rush, to help the players. The levels are meant to have a little competition between players, and also to have an objective mission like 2, 7, 12, 17 and 22

@LLGO. I was more refering to darkniko who said that he couldnt pley level 12 cause he had already gone past level 22 which is the winning condition for said level.
So I aint having the issue he has.
already level 38 or something and can still "play" these levels.
didnt think of clicking these achievement icons :-D
Oh! Sorry, I'm currently using google tradutor, because my english isn't so good... This phrase writen are from my knowledge in english language! haha sorry! Here I didn't use google tradutor. Thansk for playing!! :D

cant read the whole text for the "defeat level 5 with level 0 upgrades, except...." achievement, so no idea if fire rate is the only thing allowed there
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
What i mean that i cant progress is that i couldnt go any further than level 12 cause the mission in level 12 is get to level 22. AND i was already at level 23 when i reached level 12... Everytime i tried to enter level 12 i got kicked out of the level instantly and returning to level screen without level 13 getting unlocked.. Had to wipe out the data and it happened again i reached level 12 being level 23 and it kicked me out of the level instantly but level 13 got unlocked...

Siri is now bugged on revisiting for the patience achievement. She never moved or shot. The clones popped up as normal, but they never moved or shot either.

meteors fall down too straight, I survived 3 minutes without even playing. (50 hp and like 7 shots and damage per second)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
not sure how siri was before but it is too easy now. also i think the fish boss glitched for me. one time when i fought it the fourth phase would not move while shooting rockets and the other projectile. the second time i fought it, it kept chasing me while shooting and i couldn't stay below it to attack for very long
Actually it was very easy as you just had to sit in a corner and shoot with the autofire. Now it was average, because in one of the updates it was impossible to defeat him to complete the achievement.

Good game. Three suggestions: On survival levels have a countdown timer instead of a count-up timer. And on the 2/7/12/17/22 achieve level x missions take the current level and add some number to it. When I got to level 22 I immediately won it (I guess I'd gotten some x2 exp on the prior level). Finally the "destroy x items levels 6/11/16/21 seem a bit easier than the the rest, you may want to up the difficulty a bit.

I don't think Patience works. I completed level 5 without upgrades except Fire Rate, and then again without any upgrades at all and I still didn't get the achievment. Great game though otherwise!

Kinda hating the little ships that damage you when they reach the bottom of the screen. Sometimes you just can't get into a position to fire on them without plowing through asteroids. So it's lose-lose, you take damage no matter what. Or sometimes there's too many on screen to kill before some reach the bottom. So it goes from being a matter of playing effectively to just hoping you can outlast the attrition, which is tedious when your current goal is to level up several times.

Had to come to the comments to confirm that the bubble "powerup" is indeed useless. I don't know if I've seen a game like this that had powerdowns.

- The Turtle boss and the last boss have *very* annoying patterns. Being given a 3 second window to do damage and then spend 10 seconds moving as we are sloooowly chased to then do another bit of damage in 3 seconds wasn't fun. In fact, I reached last level and couldn't be bothered to kill the last boss knowing that A) the game was over, and B) I probably needed to grind more money for for upgrades.
- Money rewards drop off fast. Getting 1500-4k gold for the 'survive 4 minutes' isn't fine when we need 7.8k to upgrade a weapon once.
As it is my first game with "AI" I did not have much choice in how to program them as a SNES game like a Space MegaForce or Aero Fighters. I had to look at their image and think, "What could they do?" Because the images are free, I didn't have much choice. I apologize for lacking a bit of creativity. I promise to improve next.

My man... as much as I /love/ this game (Didn't find any grind at all. I maybe replayed a level like, 5 times at most by the end of completing lvl 28 at ship-lvl 49?) it went down from 5/5 to 4/5 because of the shell-game thing with the final boss. I realize you were trying to be creative, but my goodness was that obnoxious. Not hard at all (especially considering the real one shoots twice as fast so he's always the first one to shoot at you, thus giving away his position every time), rather, it just makes killing him slow and boring because of how you can often only get a few shots off before you're locked down at the bottom while he resets.
Ahh friend, my bad luck, I'm sorry for the lack of creativity. I promise to improve next time, but thank you for the 4 stars, I'm very happy.
I wanted to reduce the difficulty because there were a lot of people complaining that it was too hard. My first game was like that too, people complained about the difficulty and for that reason gave few stars, which made me a little upset. But this one, I'm trying to fulfill all requests, is almost a game made by players haha !!

I love space shooters like this and it was a pleasure to find it in the ocean of filth that are idle games (when can we filter idle games so that they don't show up?).
That said this is my opinion:
- Too few upgrades. Shooting faster and stronger is nice, but different weapons or quantity of bullets would be nice too since it didn't feel we were getting stronger with each little bit of meteor still swallowing two bullets and each meteor breaking into multiples. As it was I put one point in speed, threw some leftovers to Life until having 40 HP and a bit into magnetism. I would have loved to have multiple homing satelites and the game was at its best when having multiple P power-ups.
- i have no idea what the soap bubble power-up does. I assume it either works only on ship or it's a joker players must avoid? Why a power-up that does nothing to meteors which were 90% of the enemies?
Thanks for the compliment. The "good" powerUps, so to speak, are those with a light green background, note that the bubble comes with a red background, the reason for it is the player wasting time and money, and even lowering the weapon powerup levels that the player has collected. This is a little upgrade game, and it's the first one I made, so with all this information from the players I'm reaping, I will definitely make a better one later. Thanks!!

ANother problem with last boss. You dont even need to pay attention. Just fly over the 3 brains, 2 will have no collition and the correct one will make insignificant damage on contact.

The new "blinking" feature is a HUGE mistake. Try boss 20, with autofire on, you dont event move and it kills itself LOL
I slightly reduced the immunity time, and increased the damage done by enemies and bosses a bit. Now to avoid this method that you said to kill the Spacefish boss, I have caused the player to take damage if it is touching it, but don't get immune, and if it's shielded, it gets immune but loses the shield. Thanks for the tip.

I like you added lie numbers, but now it seems everything is way too easy. Things barely hurt and you get a long invincibility shield when hurt. Takes me 30-40 seconds to die even when I actively try.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
wait people are complaining about the difficulty? What? I got to the fish before I got completely bored. Sorry but none of the normal stages feel different and it is just a grind to get to each boss who has a basic attack pattern. But it is a real game and not a money grab or idle game. . .4/5
Thank you very much for the 4/5 vote !! I'm collecting player comments and gaining more experience with all this. This will serve a lot for my upcoming games.
You may notice some strange things if you have a save from the old game. So I recommend that if you really enjoyed the game, erase the data to start over. It can be a new gaming experience. :) Thanks for your comment.

Siri is way too hard. I had to grind forever to beat her, then I demlished the level right after without any issue. Maybe be a little more forgiving on her damage?
