Soldier: Sir, should we angle our bows and catapults to fly over the wall?
Captain: No, hit the wall, it's nicer
Soldier: But, sir...
Captain: I gave you a direct order

For multiplayer badge, open up microsoft edge, keep logged in on chrome and play yourself as guest on the castle wars 2.5 servers. Also the default multiplayer deck sucks.

Everyone happy to see their childhood game come back to life.. only this wasn't the castle wars I used to play.. it wasn't a card game.

This game helped me and my wife (then girlfriend) maintain our long distance relationship back in 2015 until I could move in with her. Great memories Skyping and playing this game until late in the night, and we still play it today. Thank you for all the continued work and creating something that has made us happy for literally years :)

A computer card game is possibly the most asinine thing since video poker or NBA basketball. The outcome is nearly 100% decided before the game begins. 1/5

On Hard mode the AI takes roughly 12 seconds before going it's turn, each and every turn... is this a glitch or is it intentionally annoying ?

A resource / war game disguised as a card game. Tricky and fun, but a lot of people won't try it because it's a strange excuse for making a card game (I'm guessing that's the reason for the concept anyway), or simply because it IS a card game. It's not a necessary component. Anyway, I think it works fine. Now, I just need to finish the darn thing. Lastly... damn you Mongowwians!!! You broke down my cashurr warrr!!!! (Sorry, it had to be done.)

This game was a breeze using FrozenStalker's Builder deck, with a couple minor adjustments (I removed a couple of wains and added some magic walls, and then also added golden bricks once they were available.) This game drags on far too long for how little variety there is between different levels, and even different campaigns.

OK. I got the badge. I have no idea how to play. I built the deck that FrozenStalker suggested and clicked a castle themed card every time I could.. Otherwise, I clicked a Wain or a reverse - those seem to work well. I discarded fences and walls, if it made me discard.

I know this Game for Years and it's always nice to come back! :)
Thanks for this BodD! :)
Oh and... Lightning _above_ the whole Castle hits only the Wall? Is the Wall made of Metal? ;)

If you Edit your deck, first you must save it on the deck screen, then you must select it on the campaign screen. Ditch weak 1-2 cost cards in favor of stronger cards, and don't be afraid to 'waste' a turn by discarding up to 3 cards in your hand that you will not be able to use within the next 2 turns, this will help ensure you have a constant flow of play.

If you don't have time to explain the game, I don't have time to play it.
"Instruction - point and click (mouse)" wow

this is terrible if you are playing any of these games fro the first time ever; there are so many questions left unanswered and I'm confused about so much, sometimes I even help my opponent because I just didn't know that choosing the best card out of the opponents cards would force the opponent to use that card
also I have no idea why I lost while my wall is 85 and my castle is 79 is it because my opponents castle is over 100? is it because I timed out? it's not very fun to try something a lot of times in a row and then get a negative result because you assumed "continue" didn't mean use the card right away
I know it's pretty old but how about in every game you have a "learn the game" mode were new players can learn the game and veteran players can just avoid a tutorial all together
*unintentional rant over*

At least the multiplayer badge is doable by using multiple PC's at home, trying to play against anyone online is a waste of time because there are some real haxors out there

It's not an easy badge. And no, I didn't played a lot of precedent CW. So I will not lose my time to get a MEDIUM badge.

How do you rate a game that doesn't really resonate with you as a player? I will base it on this little tidbit: I'm out of things to do in 15 moves while playing the game-given deck on the easy level, that kinda' tells you all you need to know. 2/5

I've been replaying this game for the past few weeks and I like it! Since there will be a badge of the week I'll share a Build Deck for the Campaign : 5 Recruits, 5 Thieves, 4 Guards, 5 Mages, 4 Pixies, 3 Add Weapons, 5 Add Bricks, 5 Remove Weapons, 5 Remove Crystals, 5 Remove Bricks, 5 Builders, 5 Taverns, 3 Babylons, 5 Schools, 4 Fences, 5 All Bricks, 2 Large Walls. Tips : Abuse the discard 3 mechanic to draw the card you need; the Guards and Fences have the best Wall per Ressource value, don't hesitate to use them at the beginning if needed; use your Add/Remove Ressources to gain the advantage, Thief is the best one among them. If you got the weekly badge and continued playing to the point you unlocked new cards, here are the cards I considered adding to my Campaign Build Deck : Reward Workers, Remove Ressources, Curse, Magic Bricks. Remember to always have the less cards possible in your Deck (75 for the campaign, 70 for PvP) to have the cards you want as fast as possible.
