If this was more about classic video games instead of obscure, little known crap like StarCraft, I would have done MUCH better at this.

my only hate is that the questions are alot alike, most are about Final Fantasy and Mario. both series i have not played. also at the end it says im a non gamer :P thats just because all the games in this quiz were made either when i was a small child or not even born. maybe some modern day games would be nice?

Well... not bad. But most questions are about boring factual knowledge (Names of games, characters and developers). I would call myself a "true" gamer, since I see (many) games as art, be it the concept, visual arts, sounddesign, storytelling or whatever, and I know a few names (Yes, even voice actors)... but this is just a quiz for nerds who just consumed game after game.

This is the retro-expert quiz, not the gaming quiz. It would make sense if there weren't so many question on the same series over and over again: 80% of the game is about Nintendo games from the mid '80s and first '90s and on the oldest Final Fantasy games. They sure have a place in here, but they can't be only games you are asked of.
And give me a break when I finish a section. Let me decide when to begin the next section, this is not an endurance game. My hand literally hurts.

Just as a note. New generation gaming is nothing compared to old-school, hence all the old-school questions. =P Interesting quiz though. Got 68% total myself. A lot of the Sega-Genesis questions threw me off. Was always a Nintendo fan myself.

Way to specific on some of these. I have never been a final fantasy fan and like a quarter of the questions were about it. You should have made two different ones one for the "Classic Gamer" and one for the "New generation gamer" Thats just my opinion

35% and i play games all the time. This is stuff that you cant learn by playing games. i had to guess on like 50%+ of these.

Finally got 100%, (only took two hours of replaying, and a frackton of boredom) the rank you get is GAMING GOD!...
the description states: Excellent show my good chap, a perfect score! If I didn't know any better I would say you were a gaming scholar. Give yourself a pat on the back!
those last two rounds man, FML, my original score was 69%(heh, 69, heh)

Held a solid 90-94% until the last couple of rounds... who the hell knows nicknames of developers and weird specific things? Ended at 52%. Second try 78%. The last couple round was just too specific.

up to round 3 i think i didn't have one mestake, then the questions got a little to specific, it would be nice if the answers where shown in the end so i could learn some more

70% as well. Got one (kinda stupid) wrong answer in the first three rounds, and the 4th round on had a decent amount of guesses.
First question of round 6: "Who voiced (in English) Solid Snake?"
Me, having never played ANY Metal Gear game: "...Uh, wha...? This won't end well..." O_O

I feel like this game is a bit too specific. Most of the people I know have never even played Final Fantasy and other stuff. Also it would be better if it showed you the answer when you get one wrong. I don't mean to be hatin' but it just needs some work.
