Game has potential, but serious scaling issues where you never really get any stronger. After getting the best possible gear, high level pets and at least L5K+, you still cannot beat L1K enemies in dungeon/raids.

5. Most things you can spend gems on are a complete waste. The only thing a new or intermediate player should think to spend their gems on, is epic pets, and the best epic pets to get first are dog, rat, cat, owl and hare. All of them except for hare have a multiplicative bonus, to difference from all other pet bonuses that are additive (reg dog will boost your materials by +100% but epic dog will boost it by x1.75)

4. if you have the daily bonus ready (every day, the first dungeon/raid you complete has doubled win rewards, artifacts included), and you have raid sweep unlocked, you can use it to clear everything except the one you want to get the double rewards on, that way you can prepare better if you want to attempt a higher tier than you've completed before.

few tips for anyone who decides to play regularly: 1. the daily missions can take a while sometimes, so to speed up the raid/dungeons, always complete the base dungeon and raid on story mode. That way the cooldown until they reset is significantly lower (about 5 or 8 minutes). To speed the kills up, get a cheap set with first strike and/or speed buffs (first strike is better once you get a lot of it), and then go to a stage where you oneshot enemies. It'll take a while but you only need to do it for *most* of the kills, the last kills, you can get while doing other things.
2. The game runs extremely slowly when it is in the background, so make sure to save and then fully close the game when you are done, and make sure you're in the area with the jewel type you need the most of.
3. dungeon enemies are generally stronger than raid enemies. if you beat a raid that is level 740, and then try to take on a dungeon at level 749, it will be significantly harder than you might expect.

I've finished all of the available Rat hero challenges, and the next one doesn't unlock, so I guess there aren't anymore Prestige levels I can unlock?

@Tudoren :: If the challenge is to beat a raid boss, you have to beat it on the Story difficulty. I'm assuming you're talking about challenges for the character you're currently using.

I did notice that when the mobs in the dungeon/raid starts to get low, it starts to cheat hard and just use the same "keep me alive" ability repeatedly.

Is the game finished? No. Will it ever be? No, it's abandoned. Is it fun? yes, until you're around world 5 and 6, cus that's usually when you've done enough prestige challenges to reach the long field of "coming soon" with an occasional stat buff or new feature. Gonna play until I get rat person, then leave forever.

Too much "Coming Soon" still in the game that, in the last 4 years, has only gotten a badge update. It's like they released it, updated it 4 times, and called it a day before letting it be abandonware.
I could keep going after finishing the badges last week and more of the challenges this week, but it's just more of the same, rinse/repeat, so I'm done.

It looks like you unlock pets at world 2 zone 5, but if you get enough diamonds, buying one from the store unlocks the pet screen.

At what point can you get a pet? I agree with all of the top comments. This is more of a beta game than a completed one. These idle badges are terrible and they need to stop.

For the badge of the day, it does not mention that you need a level 10 pet. If you level 4 different pets 10 times total, it counts. leveling past 5 takes a lot longer so split the levels to get it done faster.

And yet again, an idiotically balanced 'easy' badge that takes HOURS of 'play' to get. This is a Medium, minimum, and its insane they put this crap on a Monday BOTD. But who are we kidding. Nobody at Kong actually cares.

im trying to like this game because it can be a bit of fun but god does your level not mean anything. im over level 550 but this level 200 monster will barely take tick damage from me a take a fourth of my health bar with basic attacks

Too many "coming soon"s in the later prestiges. The game is interesting enough but seems like a money grab with all the things kreds and diamonds get you.

would be great if this game was finished. Too many "???" and "-Coming soon" notices as price for completing challenges. Why not reward silver bars that are the bottle neck in this game?

I'm done. I got the last badge. It's sad to see a game with potential just abandoned like this. I think they gave up when Kong went to pushing that terrible Steam-like service then didn't feel like coming back to this afterward. Either way, got a 1k in levels and don't see the point any more.

Follow up to my comment, I made a few mistakes and forgot some speed sources. You can actually get up to +20 SPD on a single gear stat boost. Meaning that it's possible for our luckiest man alive to get +80 speed per gear, and +42 from an accessory, totaling to +442 instead of +304. Then there's also the token shop and prestige which in total give +165 speed. Then we add the bonus we already put together, 115+400=515. 515+400+165=1080 total speed. But wait, we haven't included temporary speed buffs! The max star bull artifact has a 15% chance to increase speed by 200 for 5 seconds every attack. Since our luckiest man alive could theoretically get this effect 100% of the time, but that would be so unlikely it's not even interesting anymore. instead, we'll put a max of +600 speed from it. This makes for a speed bonus of +1680 SPD. Lastly, we'll add a tiny +50 SPD from thunder armor, making it +1730 speed. We add this final speed bonus to the base speed of 262, for a final speed of 1992.

Nice idle game but it needs more detailed info about the mechanics of the game. Also there should be some more info about the crafting because it took me a while to figure out how to unlock the 2nd, 3rd and 4th crafts (upgrade receipt and then craft) and why i couldn't unlock the 5th craft (2x upgrade receipt and then craft). And, in the loot page after a dungeon or raid, whn hovering over a pet icon or material, it would be nice if there was a popup that shows how many of them we already have. Something like accessory.

I wonder what the highest speed anyone has achieved in this game. In theory, if you were the luckiest person ever in this game, you could get a full set of gear with +16 speed and +14 speed x3 on each gear. That would get you +290 speed. you can add an extra +14 from an accessory, making it +304. then you can add the max level skill boost. that will add +45 from walking, and +35x2 from max level bushido and dark arts skills. that makes +115 speed. 304+115=419 extra speed. Finally, we can add the max boost from the rat person race with the max mythic hare pet, being +400. a final score of +819 speed means you will be constantly attacking since every hero starts with more than 181 speed. crazy stuff.
