I'm amazed people have solved size 6. Took me 7 tries for size 4. i always nearly solve it with 1 piece out of place got lucky on 7th one while trying to rearrange the tiles. 2:40. Size 6 already 3 attempts and i'm no where near solving it even after 5minutes XD.

Did a size 6 in 3:03, then floundered around all day without getting anywhere near that, then the next day, I finished a size 6 in 2:23 for the impossible badge. NEVER GIVE UP!

Level 29 is killer. At least for me, I've been stuck on it longest, when it feels like it should be easily pattern-able.

@ChaoticBrain The leaderboard is filled up with hacked highscores of 41 and 42. Max possible for that leaderboard is 40.

@TheBigDawgJ: The goal is to surround each tile with exactly the amount on that tile. A "1" tile must touch exactly one other tile, a "2" tile must touch exactly two other tiles, etc.

I don't understand what to do, I'm just dragging tiles and winning sometimes. There's no instructions and I don't know WHAT I'm trying to match.

@HARDCORE_GOD, you're not even in the high scores. If you're going to lie, at least make it one that can't be easily debunked with a few clicks.

I think most of us agree that we can reach a 6-size puzzle in less than 3 minutes. Also you can drive yourself and it takes a little luck to do it anyways. I got in in 2 mins 29 seconds. You can look for hex logic techniques so you can determine about how many 5's, 6's, 3's and 4 there are before anything else and arrange accordingly.

I can't figure out how to approach these from a logical perspective. I always feel like I'm just arbitrarily arranging the pieces in ways that look possible and hoping for the best rather than actually using any process to figure anything out. It's like trying to work out Sudoku by just picking a choice at random every time you hit a square you can't immediately figure out. Does anyone have any actual technique they use that they're willing to share?

after trying for four hours... I finally finished the size 6 random puzzle in two in a half minutes... and didn't get the badge... and left the end screen, thinking the badge would be awarded then... but I got nothing. I am so frustrated.

Painful is ending up with one red and green tile each and having to scramble up all your hard work just to get them to fit...

I totally agree with bakatensai. Strategy does almost not matter when it comes to how fast you complete a puzzle. I think Hexiompossible is the most luck based impossible badge on kong. If you do not put almost every piece where they should be from the beginning, you are pretty much doomed for the three min limit. I completed my lucky puzzle in 2:26 and I left almost every puzzle on my two hours journey to that not even close to finished.

It was a dreadful ordeal, all I could see everywhere I looked was hexagons with numbers in them. Hell I never knew how bad it was, but they were everywhere I even closed my eyes and they were still there. Hope soon came after hours and hours of playing and finally got the impossible badge. How I did was I kept reseting until i got a puzzle with very few pieces on it since I found ones with lots of 5s and 6s on them to be very hard.

Wish I could take them completely off the board and put them back on later. There's so much clutter here, it makes it hard to think clearly.
