Great game! Don't know if it's an exploit of the game mechanics but you can run the entire 3rd level, just avoiding the downwards laser and only jumping/flying to get the rocks. Then at 5k metres just jump and kill the last 2 big flies.

"You can buy a mission to skip it if it's too hard but if you complete them all by yourself you will receive an essential object." So... I can skip these missions. but if I do that, I won't get the object I'm Forced to use to attempt to attack the boss.. :/

Geez, this isn't that hard, people - earning the achievements is fairly easy, if you try on the ones that are fly/run/don't shoot for some distance (and do those achievements in the first area) and buy the tomes/spells starting when it asks you to use them.
As for missions, the annoyance is less that you can't face the boss without them, and more than you can only earn three per run when you do. Can't they cycle out as you run? Why does every game with missions of some sort work that way? Granted, they're well placed in this game, but still. Also, autofire stops whenever you switch areas, insofar as I can tell - having it check whether the key is pressed at the start of an area would be helpful.
On the whole, 5/5, because it's fairly good for the genre (especially since it doesn't have a "run-down timer" like most of them do, which I don't enjoy), but it does have areas it could be touched up.

Seriously, the "combo" button press to finish off a boss is completely unnecessary and absolutely aggravating after finally killing off a boss's health bar after getting killed by 18 bajillion times. This knocks the game's rating straight down to a 1 and makes it not worth my time to play.

Could you add another Speed tier? After failing for the third time at the boss it gets really annoying having to go through every stage again, even more so when you have bought every upgrade and the money you earn is completely useless...

Nice take on the standard run game. A couple of things would make the game all the better IMO: 1) Down key should also move character down after a jump. Too often Ive jumped, it jumps slowly, then the enemy fires a weapon's and I watch myself position myself right in front to be hit. If I could move down after jump, I'd be able to dodge. I think that is a fair ability. 2) I get a bit frustrated with the achievements you can Only earn in order. I just did a run (my 4th run) and made it to the second boss. I've done all of the achievements that are currently listed (and probably ones that will be next), but I don't get credit for them because they were done before they were "up for the taking". I'd like to be able to earn the achievements as I get them. Thanks for the ride!

Nice game. Tho I found a really disturbing bug. After using tentacle book and money spell together, some enemie started getting invulnerable. My shots just flew through them. Also one enemy stayed on the screen during secondboss perma shooting at me which made the fight slightly harder.

What annoys me is that I cannot tackle the final boss until I have completed all missions. When I first reached it, I had done 10/33 of those suckers. So now I had to do them 3 at a time in a game where there is no surrender button. Thanks for that one dev. Tho, I am optimistic about this game, especially the developer who appears to be committed on improving this game.

There's a very annoying lag in the game. That fraction of a second delay between hitting a key and actually moving is a matter of life and death here.

This...was abysmal. I don't mean "oh, it was terrifying;" I mean it was downright terrible. At first, it was okay. It was your average run-and-gun endurance fest that we've already seen, such as the earlier game How Dare You.
But then, but THEN the final boss just has to be blocked off until you earn every achievement. What if the player is just good enough to get there? Why not let them try out the boss? Why make the player suffer over and over again until every last objective is met before allowing them the distaste of having to defeat the boss? It'd be one thing if the boss were hard and the difficulty forced the player to grind (bad enough in my opinion), but I had to replay the game not once, not twice, but at least FIVE times before I could even fight the boss. That's just ridiculous, and worse off, it's bad game design.

Brilliant, enjoyed it immensely! Love the final boss background of a dying galaxy revolving around a black hole. 5/5, best runner game yet.

It's a great game but a few misfires. What's the point of fuel ? I never felt like I was running out of fuel but there are so many upgrades for it. Instead, I always felt flying woefully slow. It adds challenge but the running and jumping was so much smoother that I wished I was just running and jumping, except that you can't do that with so many airborne enemies.

Found a glitch - was unable to do any damage to the second boss. Two possible triggers: Either it's because I got a Thundernomicon just before the transition, or because one of the stone enemies was still on-screen through the transition.

I kinda liked it. Up until I met the final boss, rather quickly. All mission need to be finished in order to proceed... Hmm oke. And then.. I noticed something about the missions. Lack of progression. Run without shooting for 600m, already completed X minutes ago. Now I'm getting Run for 400m without shooting? This alone doesnt warrant a high score.

So when you fail, the time turns back, only you get more "money" with which buy more skills. Why does time turn backward and how does "money" buy you skills?

I like this theme, a gothic teenager version of the "save my loved one" side-scrolling/upgrade shooter genre. You get points for originality on that part. I like the art and the interface and the fact that I can regain fuel on my runs despite running out, which enables me to gain more points and coins in one run, aaaand the fact that the only thing stopping me is not energy or aforementioned fuel or stamina but my health which I can control to my will. While this makes the game easier in a sense, it also makes it more fun and switches it up a little. 4/5

1) If the game happens to generate, and I subsequently pick up, a spell book as I am heading into a boss fight, I wish that would effect continue. Sure, it's a balance argument, but it's kinda BS given the bullet hell nature of this game.

Seriously, ENOUGH WITH THOSE FRIGGING TIPS! I can't turn them off, and every time one of them jumps out of nowhere during gameplay, I get hit because you have to use the mouse to click OK!

so i just had a glitch where certain enemies could not be hit but any of my attacks... then I went to a boss fight and the boss couldn't be hit....

Thundernomicon is bugged. when it expires my basic missiles go through most of enemies like flying stones and wasp boss
