You can get bugged with one of the baby "dragon things" on the way to the second boss... I had one left, and I was out of fuel to fly so all I could do was jump. But it stayed out of reach and just kept shooting. I couldn't collect fuel since no other enemy would spawn with him there. And the boss woudln't spawn either.

This is an awesome game, with plenty of dark, occult-ish, lovecraftian, weird humor. Well done, sir! We need more like that, to cover all the genres.

If you're going to make the first boss so hard don't
A. Make us start at the start and
B. The levels stay the same all the way through so you don't get a new experience when you fail. It's just meh until you get to the boss again.

1st boss is way too difficult. lower hp and marginalize its attacks. Got to the boss in first run, have over a dozen upgrades now and still cant get past it.

Anybody else having an issue with one of their movement keys deciding to stop working halfway through a level? It makes it difficult to fight the boss when you can't jump/fly.

Protip: Buzzsaws, the first spell, is a lifesaver against 2nd and 3rd bosses. The only things it doesn't get are, in order of appearance, 1st boss who is too far, and 3rd bosses' phase of multiple stones.

Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn. I gave this game an extra star for all the Lovecraft references because it's fun figuring out which creatures the game monsters are based on.

Ok well its official this game is totally retarded mostly because of the combo. Other items like not being able to run full screen and having to not collect items because of achievements is just plain stupid. 1/5

Well after reading several post it appears the combo is broken or there is some magic trick to using it. Your instructions(that you only see once) say to hold the "L" key, press WASD, then release the "L" key(or space bar and arrows) but that doesn't work. So what is the trick Mr. Dev?

Press right a couple times to see how many of these hints are left. Of course this exits without letting me see them. Not the best interface.

Makes no sense the boss. how the hell you kill it? I end this blood, it says it is stunned and then I hold the space bar and tipe the sequence they ask and then what? the boss is back with all his blood and then i'm distracted looking if i did the sequence right i did, but now he's with full blood kicking my butt with those following colorfull squares. makes no sense. or i f*ing killed it or please make the f* clear how many times or how you can do it. the game is ok all the rest,but the boss information is clueless.

I do have one tiny complaint though for an otherwise decent runner. The shop... Why would things have to be brought in order? If you have the coinage to get, say, the Life Dude, why would you have to waste coins on other dudes that you don't necessarily want? Ridiculous. 4/5. Would've been a flawless 5 without that glaring issue.

I would like this game better if I didn't have to go through the first run before fighting the boss every single time I die. It would be nice to restart AT the boss. It's like playing Devil May Cry on hard mode -- i.e., no pre-boss fight checkpoints -- which is to say, majorly frustrating.

Ran total distance of 1000 meters, somehow avoiding both the "Fly for 200 meters" goal and the "Stay on ground for 200 meters" goal. Impressive. I certainly jumped a bit, but not for 5 times the distance that I was on the ground. Something tells me these statistics are off a bit...

I actually really like the post boss defeat combo system. It makes you pay attention and keeps you on you toes during each boss fight.

would have thought going home would also give me the 3 possible challenges but nope... have to kill myself for them I guess? stopped playing when I found that out cause it kinda sucked all the fun out of the repetition instantly when I found that out

Cool game, the dude suck ass dont buy them, and makes no sense books don't appear during boss fights. would be 5, this way it's a 4/5

After a couple of seconds I usually lose control of the character. I can press whatever I want, it just goes on passively. (And dies soon.)
