I'd just like to note that there's a glitch on lvl 7 where if a Swarmer dies and releases the mini thems at the bases door, the mini-spawned stays there and interferes with enemy targeting. Fix much?

Hmm. A single triple-laser fusion in the center of the map pretty much beats every level so far up to 12. Kind of silly.

Splash + ice with doomsday that have either shadow or fire will do lvl 16+, last level has like 12M hit points

fun game but for real wtf is up with lvl 15. game goes from easy as crap to unbeatable. only 1 strat that works, and its a lame one. fix the diff sway

I finally cracked level 5 and level 7.
Level five: place a laser in the middle of the map and combine with a machine gun, continue upgrading and combine with another machine gun, ending turret is >tachyon. Add shadow damage at level nine.
Level seven: LASERS ALL THE WAY! :D
really, laser next to the >center< of the line, upgrade + combine lasers only until you achieve unicorn laser.

so aside from the pause request, I'd suggest balancing the game a bit more between multi towers, upgrades, etc, but that's your call. the webpage you created showing tower combos is great. tutorial is nice, but still the merging and enchanting is not as smooth/intuitive at first. still, great first game.

Interesting. good first effort. the combining is nice (not new, onslaught and gemcraft use this). however, a lot of people's frustration deal with the upgrade ramp up. typically upgrades are not so powerful. and while many TDs use the idea of a few upgraded vs many not, this is on the extreme. that is. for levels 1-10 I think you just need any one gun upgraded as much as possible; it almost doesn't matter which or what path. but any other thought (ie, 2 lower guns even) will never work. this is certainly not fun actually. then levels 11-14 aren't really different, you just may have to add a 2nd gun to catch some stragglers. eh. lvl 15 then (and above) ramps up the difficulty and apparently there is only 1 strategy to beat (a few ice + doomsdays), which again isn't much fun when there's so fun options. more...

I agree, any thoughts on 16? I found a cheat on another website that unlocks all the levels, but I want to be able to pass 16. I've tried multiple towers and strategies. almost ready to give up. :)

12345ab, the last tank has 12million HP. Make a huge fire-chain, keep 2 fire unicorn towers covering the entire map, and move high damage (tachyon/kraken/stream/doomsday/etc) towers around by selling them. By the end of the map your fire DoT should be ticking for around 200k. :) ||| zelderex I appreciate the guide, but version 1.5 will be a lot simpler easier to understand, while of course keeping the complex formations and mergers ^^

Any tips for level 24?
The later levels all you need are lvl 3 snow, and fully upgraded doomsday with fire. Snow placement is crucial.

Sorry, but this has gone from a fun challenge to endless frustration (stuck on 16 after a good 50 attempts). I'm done with this.
