sometimes my pistol is a one shot kill; sometimes it isn't. seems to change once I pick up a new weapon and switch back.

Completed the game and I've seen the pinata power-up a grand total of two times. Does it only show up till you've completed the pinata mission or are the odds really that low?

The permanent epileptic seizure mode (where the text violently and quickly changes shape) makes it too headache-inducing to play. 2/5 until they fix it; I can tell it would be great otherwise!

I understand the desire to have a mouse-only game, but it is beyond annoying to not be able to move in one direction but aim in another. This needs the option to move with WASD and aim with the mouse.

Little bug: "Bubble quest" #7 says: "collect 2.000 gold coins", but the icon says 1.500 (+ fry 100 evil spirits and 2 bonuses from flying broom)

I enjoyed this game. I think that it may benefit from the option of keyboard controls because I kept clicking out of the window - which is a pain. I sort of think that it's a shame you can't keep some of the items for when you actually need them. The number of times I got holy water without an enemy in sight... and then moments later be surrounded by the buggers without any help, is unreal. However, it's the simplicity of the game that makes it good and having extra keys for different items could make it too complicated for what it is. Anyway, enjoyed wasting my evening away. Thanks!

The hardest part of 'Jason Statham versus the Mildly Naughty Dead' is keeping the cursor from straying out of the game area!

Was good. wish you had it click the screen to unpause. clicking the return button makes him jump towards the center of the map. boss was a bit of a let down. His attacks were easy to doge and even during the pumpkin storm u just need to follow underneath him.

Very well paced for coins/upgrades. I was able to get about one upgrade per run, so I always felt like I was progressing. Kinda wish the map was a buyable upgrade instead of a quest reward.

make < > to move and space to jump. using laptop pad is difficult, slow coin gain, bigger coin drop now and then??
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
slow progress, repetitive. Could be quite decent but slowness kills it. Maybe pushing starting point forward after reaching a checkpoint would help

4 stars. Main gripe was the easiness to get out of focus (pausing the game) combined with the need to click to resume, prompting a jump that could make you hit a bullet...

insteadof going with wasd optional i would recomend a fully optional control system as not all keyboards are wasd so give a fully adaptable any keys option is way better. had this had just wasd option i would have marked this in the negative marks section as fully adaptable keyboaard for movement is the way forward and has been for a number of years now.

Overall not a bad game, but why on Earth are those huge trees between "zones" in the foreground, hiding the enemy's bullets? I mean, it's not like I could possibly want to know where the things are I need to avoid...!?

The item 'extra life' is a lie, since it only refills lost hearts, not giving an actual extra life or extra hearts at max. A little more to do, a little more polish would have made this a great game, but as it is, its just ok.

Holy water, axe and other "kill all" items don't actually kill everything they hit. Occasionally had bonus items that didn't give the bonus when collected. Unable to collect more than 6 hearts. No quest progress indicator in levels. Impossible to kill green guys, 3 at a time. Upon getting holy water quest, literally did not see holy water bonus item for 8 subsequent runs. OMG the aiming. Sitting on top of an enemy sprite and it's shooting at a crate half a screen away. My max upgraded main weapon takes 3 hits to kill an owl grunt when there are 15 onscreen at a time. Final boss was a joke - didn't even lose a heart.
I love shooters, but on the annoying scale, this is right up there with the Papa Pizzaria stuff.

Would have been five stars if not for the stupid game logo being within the playing field - so that periodically throughout the game you click on it accidentally and end up interrupting the entire thing to go to their website. Would also be good to have something indicating your distance.

The coin pickup mechanism is terrible - before the shop item I get maybe 1 in 4 coins I earned. With the item, maybe 3 of 4 earned. For a game this grindy, the level to level process is way too slow. Slow falling bonuses with no magnet make it annoying to retrieve without dying. Your powerup guns should never be weaker than your main weapon. Combination of slow bonuses with short aiming range of weapon and floor spikes make it impossible to retrieve rewards from what you shoot.

annoying wheel, annoying autopause when I move outside the window... annoying sound sliders that cannot be dragged... so many minor irritations, but still quite good to play
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Main complaint: Making the end of the game contingent on the random wheel spin coming up with a skull. Probably took 45 minutes of just grinding for that one random aspect to appear, and then walked all over the boss.

The game does end up feeling hyper repetitious, to fix this you could implement say minisbosses (or proper bosses), and small events that break it up just for 2-5 seconds (the golden piniata breaks it up a bit, but that annoyed me for different reasons), It also adds up that every enemy is handled the same way, I don't have to change my strategy, so it's 1 strategy until the game ends, which is where the repepition really hurts. another upgrade that could maybe help was a 5% chance when picking up a weapon that it's a super version dealing way more damage or shoots 5x as fast.

Spinning takes far too much time for what feels as too little reward, I'm not excited when I get a bajillion spins that are worth nothing, so they just end up being annoying. The autoaiming feature is impossible to work with, I find it excruciatingly hard to aim for the monsters or crates that I need to shoot, since my guy prefers to shoot at the whatever to the far left. The upgrades doesn't feel very good, you took away all the choice in upgrades and hatched it onto a quest system that again removes player choice and in my opinion excitement, now I have to mindlessly do stupid tasks to get the upgrades needed, rather than looking through all the upgrades and change the game slightly to my preferences via the upgrades I choose, you may as well just have had a xp and lvl and increase all my stats when I gained a level, since that offers the same amount of choice.

1 question and 1 comment. My question is, "Did JuicyBeast have a hand in the production of this game?" If not, you should probably inform them that you remade Knightmare Tower as a runner, as this is not only mechanically similar but the art style is dead on. My comment is the shop items had potential for upgraded effect. And as many have stated before me, the game can be completed well before maxing weapons. 4/5 if JB was in on this, 2/5 if not.

I like the art, the quest chest and most of the gameplay. the monk is a little slow on his feet and his weapons need more balance. I dont like the autofire, it makes the game a little bit to hard to finish.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Talking about upgrades, the game is sorta grindy since the weapon upgrades increase the power linearly, which makes the upgrades in late-game very insignificant. And the cost just increases too much for every level, which makes the 200 dollar bonus in wheel spinning totally unhelpful.
And about weapon, a maxed pistol is still too weak in late-game, maybe it is intentional. But taking the spike gun is an instant suicide. Its DPS is far too low comparing to other weapons in same level, not even talking about how slow its bullets move, making most of them miss. I enjoy the crossbow very much though.
Auto-aiming is not a big problem. And auto-aiming enemies out of the screen is also not a problem. But what's the point of it when the bullets can't hurt the enemies out of screen? Everytime I see this, I shout "it's a trap" in my mind.
Last but not least, wish I could upgrade the items in shop. Many of the items really have potential to be upgraded.

This game would be far better with keyboard controls. If you can't even aim, there's no reason to have to use the mouse at all.

get hit, lost last life and get bonus like brom (even with getting extra live on flying) then game breaks into endless walking without enemys
