Ragdoll days: Wake up in the floor and slam your face in the wall 2 times then fling off to the left and put your face in the floor to make pancakes (like pretend) then dance with your booty shaking and slam it to the wall. When you do that slam his body in the wall 3 times then fling him in the floor. And drag his body in the floor intil he splutters out tons of blood. Then smack him in the floor 2 times, fling him to the wall and throw him back to the floor and let him sleep.

try to baclkflip into a acid pot

lol bunch him up in a corner go moderately fast into the opposite top corner and let go mid way and it's like super man that flies into a building

I think the headbanging has something to do with grabbing at the shoulders or something. It's really hard to execute, but well worth it.
