OK, he's carrying an anvil in this episode, in the last one he was carrying four trolley wheels, wasn't he?? Supposedly in the back pocket of his jeans...

Amazing artwork, great atmosphere... not much in the way of actual gameplay, though. Plays more like a graphic novel than a point-'n-click puzzle game. 3/5, only 'cos I would've like to have had more to actually do in the game - the concept and story are great.

Once more from PastelGames, Brilliant idea, but same old thinking that fancy graphics make up for lack of decent plot exposition. not to mention one or two poor design choices. What hints are there to search for a loose floorboard?

I agree with the comments about clicking on tools, buildings and characters. I like these games but I wish there were directional arrows to follow. Sometimes I click out when I don't intend to and it can be difficult to find exits to click to navigate the town.

you need a picklock to open this door
Me: wtf how was I suppose to know that without reading EPR89's comment there's no way to try to open the door how stupid can you get

really enjoyed the game happening in chapters, that way if stuck we have less elements to deal with to find a solution. Keeps getting better! looking forward to the next one..

norse mythology associates aurora borealis with their goddess freya who is a goddess of beauty lust, fertility etc.. i have 2 theories one is a continuation of a myth were freya travels under different alias in search of er husband Oor and she has taken on a mortal body she needs youth while she searches so she holds these shows and sucks youth out of the towns folk. my second theory is that aurora is not freya but is a woman who mastered the art of seidr which is a form of norse magic suposedly introduced by freya so his woman uses seidr to drain youth out of towns people

Argh, these two chapters are awesome, the atmosphere is so well created that I had to remind myself to breathe from time to time. I'd love to play the third one, I'm so intrigued about who Aurora really is.

only one thing I don't get is why sometime we jump in the time and it's like a gostown and sometime not, perhaps I did not quite read

Didn't quite have the magic of the first one, but still, a great continuation of a fantastic story. Can't wait for number 3!

Im praying for an other Aurora ^^
mmh maybe just a little thing on this episode : its too much linear :/ only one way, like door, monster, treasure ^^ The 1st one get much more enigmas. Its my opinion :)

I'm really liking how the story is turning out and running my imagination over what kind of supernatural being that Aurora can be. Just hope the sequel(s) can come soon, otherwise players lose track of the story and sometimes its tiring to replay previous parts!

The grammar was slightly better in Aurora 2 as opposed to Aurora. However, there was no story arc, no interesting twists, no ending, duplicate items, and the whole thing was completely linear, no wondering where anything was or trying to figure out how to progress (despite how much people whine about it, that's why we play these games). The atmosphere is good though so please put your heart into Aurora 3 so I won't be disappointed to play it.
