Man that third puzzle is brutal, I went through so many different ideas including, however not limited to: Which option's name had more letters in common with the colour, the colour the aforementioned options would most likely be, and even thinking of what color a homonym of the option could be (mail=male The Mars symbol is commonly coloured blue). Also, on the second puzzle, is it bad that when I saw the hint I jumped immediately to the periodic table first before using the hint in the way it was intended? Either way, 10/10 so far, would spend 3 hours on a single puzzle again. I expect harder puzzles ahead.

The fact that you didn't make a way to idle through the game gets you 4 stars. You get 1 bonus star for the game being awesome. 5/5.

Fantastic. Well done, looking forward to more. Ordinarily, I find games like this with a lot of text to go through to be really frustrating, usually because the writing is so terrible. But this one has me totally hooked -- couldn't stop once I started. Now to wait for the rest!

In chapter 8 (spoiler alert, just in case) there might be a bug? In the text, when Sent talks to you about your options, "red door" is written "red door" and "green door" is a big mess with the same symbols for italics between the letters. It's intended to be properly in italics, right?
Yeaaah, someone else reported this, it's a rare bug. Thanks for the heads-up, I'll probably just get rid of the italics in this scene until I can figure it out.

I cant even figure out how to play it. I click on Chapter Select and it says "Available 1/1/17" but it wont let me click on it

My progress is gone afterclosing firefox. I liked it, but I cant start from scratch each time. Is there any way to deal with that?
We've been having some issues with this on Kongregate. My suggestion would be to play on the main site and use the catch-up tool t quickly get back to where you were. Details here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ExitCorners/comments/6r9nbq/exitcorners_version_105_episode_release_schedule/
Hope that helps!

Absolutely love this game, played till i reached chapter 11 and can't wait to continue playing, thank you so much for this great game!

Anyway, very intriguing game. I like how you made the puzzles challenging but put enough clues in-game that I didn't have to run off to a walkthrough if I got frustrated. Though I seriously did get my vigenere solver up and running before you even mentioned keys...!

Very fun to try to figure out as you play. Of course Aether is Air, Rae is fire, Liza is water (no wonder they spat so much...), Beth is Earth, leaving Ink the odd man out... or so you'd think. Beth has been acting suspicious this whole time but it's entirely possible that Ink is connected to Sent... After all, the four elements doesn't include darkness/shadow, right? :) Though the possibility of Sent being more connected to Earl seems high, too. I might be overthinking. Or underthinking. But I'm trying to make pet theories. (The building, assuming it's not virtual reality, might be an old underground structure built before Beth's building codes.) And I'm getting hints that Aether's major might have more to do with parapsychology than psychology... eh? eh?

SPOILERS FOR CHAPTER 7 AHEAD.
Why would Sent stop when Aether punched Ink? If he was pretending to just be a recording, he would have picked up his speech before any of them could ask why Aether punched Ink. I'm not sure if this is a continuity error, or a natural human response by Sent. If it's the latter, then it just makes his character all the more interesting. Or, rather, he had broken his character and calm demeanor because he was distracted of everyone's lack of attention towards him. If this is true, then Sent (or his character) craves attention, which is one reason why he made Exit/Corners.
Hey, sorry this happened. Catch-up tool is currently only available on the main site (exitcorners.com). I'd recommend playing there to get your progress back for now.
Catch-up tool will make its way to Kongregate eventually, but it's experimental so I wanted to release it in waves.

Game doesnt save chapters. Played it yesterday and when I quit the game, the chapters where unlocked, but today I must start from the start... Using last update of Firefox.
If this happened to you, check out the catch-up tool currently on the main site. Details here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ExitCorners/comments/6r9nbq/exitcorners_version_105_episode_release_schedule/

Does this game require Unity? It's not in the tags and I don't see it in the description but I keep keeping an error message saying there was a problem running the unity content on my browser.

P.s.: 10/10.
Oh, I almost forgot how I started my comment. The end of the last chapter is a bit unorthodox, I'd say but also a great one. :P

W-Wha-WHAT? After playing through chapter 11, I would say - without using big words, to avoid the rage - I would say your ability in story telling and creating atmosphere is really unique. The storyline is fantastic - reminds me of Saw in some ways (and Sent is a clear representation of Jigsaw for me) - the tone is as tense as it should be. The characters are... well... they are life-like in the midst of this satire. But I have to mention the puzzles are a bit easy sometimes. I have some theories about the game and the game itself, but I think the comment section is not capable to handle larger texts, so I will share my thoughts on Reddit if you don't mind. On Kongregate (where I play recently) as I can see it is absolutely hard to reach four stars or go beyond that here, but you managed to and I do say it is not by accident. Keep up the good work, I can't wait for the next chapter.

I'm not sure if this is a game glitch or just me, but I've been playing Exit/Corners for about 4 days now and for some reason, it won't work. The screen says "Your browser does not support WebGL" though other websites say my browser does support it. Should I change my browser whenever I'm playing this game? (I use Chrome)
Check out the catch up tool on the main site if this is happening to you. Details here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ExitCorners/comments/6r9nbq/exitcorners_version_105_episode_release_schedule/

the choices though -_- since his game starts you off by opening your mind to the larger picture inside the fine details the tough choices get even tougher because then i start thinking obout what will happen if i dont choose the other choices instead of the one im choosing such as the elevator choice, if i dont choose Beth, she may get hurt or not be able to message her son, or take to long; Rae would not be able to solve the puzzles and take the hard way out; Lizy would be wound up on the Gemini; and Aether would be paranoid from claustrophobia

I'm fairly bad at using the terminal, I can figure out what the solution might be, but having trouble drawing the solution. For, example I know its a downward arrow, but it might take me 45 minutes + to draw the downward arrow.

Just finished episode 11- AMAZING SO FAR!!! only thing is that the "skip puzzle" button appeared on episode 11's puzzle- was this meant to happen? I thought that only pops up for puzzles you've already solved. (Thanks for the clarification on the / in the game's name, haha!)

Great storytelling! At this point there are so many unanswered questions that it's going to be hard to wait for new chapters...

So chapter 6, with the tempurature scale, I immediately figure out its about tempurature measurements. (SO I GO ONLINE SEARCHING) turns out the answer is right there by asking contestants :\

I couldn't solve the elevator riddle, I'm fairly bad at puzzles, but Aether managed to solve it for me. Wohoo, but kinda of embarrassed.

So I love this game, and Im up to chapter 5, but I'm playing in Chrome, and whenver I leave (close my browser) and come back the next day, my progress is all gone. The workaround I have so far is to goto chrome:history and select the link from the last time I played, and that works. Devs, any advice?
Some users on Kongregate have found that their save data hasn't been sticking. If this happens to you, check out the "catch-up tool" on the main site for a temporary fix. Details here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ExitCorners/comments/6r9nbq/exitcorners_version_105_episode_release_schedule/
