Is this actually giving different responses in the puzzle according to how you went about solving them? This game is amazing!

This game have amazing puzzles. Just try to do that with a pen and paper in hand and note down stuffs who you think is relevant for the puzzle

In this chapter the task is to turn the number 7 into 26. However this is a ruse and a harder test. If you want to complete chapter 2, do not try to form the number 26, but the letter "z". I have finished the second chapter.

For people saying they can't get any clues, talk to the characters again. Their dialogue is different the second time. On another note, there is less than 24 hours before the game is over. They should hurry up to the next puzzle instead of talking.

Cool story, neat game, but without another badge, I don't honestly see me coming back to this. Would of been better to release it when it was finished, rather than in installments.

Ok Z is NOT a number. On to puzzle 3 and already done with this. Not fun and if I have to watch a walkthrough for every puzzle and it takes forever to get through the dialog not any fun for me. I will wait until I have to get the badge for a shiny kongpanion and cheat my way through it.

Way too much chat and clicking on people gives no real clues to the second puzzle. Takes way too long to load each section of dialog or puzzle checking. Second puzzle is not making any sense to me. Can't figure out what to do on the second puzzle to make 7 into 26. Already looking for a walkthrough since I have clicked all 4 people and none have been any help at all. Bored now.

The browser could not allocate enough memory for the WebGL content. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating less memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings.
The game is a pretty big memory hog, so I'd recommend trying to play it as the only window open in your browser. If that still doesn't work, DM me and let's see if we can't figure it out.

Wow! At first I thought, "way too much dialogue and not enough gameplay" but around the second chapter I was totally hooked! Excellent game!

I'm starting to really dislike visual novels. Less than 15 minutes of puzzle gameplay total in a multiple hour story.

When someone makes a dozen episodes of Medieval Cop crap that you autoclick your way through to get the hell out of there as fast as possible, someone else makes a single Great Game in 17 Chapters, with a gripping storyline and interesting puzzles. Well worth playing and reading! 5/5!

Box puzzle in chapter 13 is really dark and nearly impossible to see on my normal monitor setting (I have sensitive eyes, so need a quite dim monitor). Would appreciate a brighter version for future playthroughs. Thanks :)
Hey, sorry this happened. Please see this thread for details on what to do (and DM me if you're still having trouble): https://www.reddit.com/r/ExitCorners/comments/6ues7r/save_data_loss_details_what_to_do/

This is more of a novel than a game, really, not a puzzle game. A poor one at that with shallow quibbling of superficial characters in spite of some suspense hanging in the air, but puzzles that are not really puzzles without exceptional rules, hints or missing pieces. The ones that make sense are too easy. To leave the transgender aspect to a really late chapter was a smart way of avoiding players to quit early. A shorter and more credible story could have made for an interesting game instead of a turnoff.
Sorry this happened to you; this has been happening among a small number of players. Please see this thread for details on what to do (and DM me if you're still having trouble): https://www.reddit.com/r/ExitCorners/comments/6ues7r/save_data_loss_details_what_to_do/

I don't get why Ink and Aether stayed in the hallway at the end of 1. If the screen says to move or die, you move. No thinking required.

I really think you should make a forum for this game, if you can. That way, people would be able to discuss theories on kongregate too. Half the fun in this game comes from that.
We've got a subreddit for just that: https://www.reddit.com/r/ExitCorners/
We've also got a discord (the link for that is on the side bar on the subreddit)

That's a goddamn strong narrative.
Some speculation while we wait for the next chapters (spoilers ahead):
Ink is a transgender (hence his change of name and the scar in his chest)
Sent plan was for Ink to be the only one to leave alive, with each other contestant intended to die at each corner (I might be wrong, but this seems fairly obvious)
Still, thats too little in contrast with the immense amount of mysteries left to unfold. Congrats to the developers. Really addictive game.

(spoilers) In chapter 12, Sent says "I'm not a man" but then everyone keeps calling them "he"?! And Ink doesn't even inform the others about that information which could be useful?! WHY??

@Gameguy602
Looks that way to me. The red area was about the present, and it's been set up for Rae. There was also that moment where he commented about disabilities after they finished it. The name "John Doe" is also just a fill-in name for people who's names are unknown.
Good news is though, he probably doesn't need to worry about having to have equal weight on both sides of his body to move.

sent is lying about being an ai. he makes multiple mistakes that an ai would not make. when ink originally proves that he is not a pre-recorded message, sent gets distracted from his speech by inks drama. an ai would not get distracted in this way, as it would be able to pay attention and speak at the same time, and would already have all that it is going to say be composed before hand.
in addition, he was not able to pay attention and listen to ink and aether's conversation at the same time as he was listening to Rae and Beth fight.

You've got a typo in the boiler room. Where it says 313.15 in the clue (Which is also correct for the Kelvin boiling point), it says 315.15 when ink thinks to himself.

To what extent do the few dialogue choices in-game shape the story? I know some of those choices are referenced at later points in the game (even between seperate episodes), but would a different playthrough have a noticably different plotline?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Gotta say, I kinda saw the AI reveal coming. One of the few options that make sense if you take not being a man or a woman at face value.
