I keep getting this error message when trying to play:
"The browser could not allocate enough memory for WebGL content. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating less memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings."
I'm on Firefox, if that helps.
The game is a memory hog, unfortunately. One thing to try is to play E/C with nothing else going on in the browser. If that doesn't work, I'd actually try playing the game on the Exit/Corners main site, since on Kong there's some extra memory overhead.

Wait, just found your thread at https://www.reddit.com/r/ExitCorners/comments/6ues7r/save_data_loss_details_what_to_do/?st=j7qembug&sh=1b3dacfb Thank you SO MUCH, it's playable again using OPEN!

SPOILER WARNING! Don't read this comment if you havent completed the game yet! Here's another glitch that popped up in my game: The most recent chapter, after defending aether, Rae came back in to tell us to move forward and aether... duplicated? There were two aethers on screen, at the middle and to the left. I can tell that it's a glitch and not a "Aether has duped" from rae being oblivious to the "double-aether" before moving back to the puzzle.

Bit if a scripting error in chapter 16. I didn't get, so I talked to Rae and Beth until Rae gave explained the solution. Then when I'd input the correct answer, Rae immediately wonders how Ink did it, and then Ink explains the whole thing back to Beth. Bit of a throw-off. But other than that, engaging and exciting game.

please percon I can't do this. i can't wait months for the next chapter. That's like waiting months for the next book in the series, or waiting for a show's hiatus to end. why must you resort to this corruption ;-; I beg you to free me of this pain

It's a shame chapter 17 didn't have a real puzzle. But I really hope Beth's plan doesn't have to go through. I'd rather have only John Doe be like that...

Well done, players! You've finished the first arc of the story! But I have sad news. You must wait until 2018 to see the thrilling continuation. I'm so very, very sorry! But do not despair, players! You will surely survive the drought... or you could die.

@dd141: Check the subreddit if you want spoilers. I don't want to accidentally reveal unmarked spoilers to people who don't want them.

I found small inaccuracy.
Ray just asked me: How did you know about bases, Ink?
The problem is that he gives me the hint himself a moment ago...
Besides of that - for me - the game is perfect. I admire it.

Ok, using catch-up tool and replaying chapters 15-17 (there is a bug in the catch-up tool), I've found out that for now the choice between the real sword or replica doesn't change much in the story, besides few Ink's comments in his head like "but Beth, the sword is not real!", but Ink can't force himself to say that loud. So, if that decision between real/not real sword change anything, we won't find out before chapter 18. And I have a strong feeling, that it doesn't really matters. It seems that the crisis will be resolved without any brutal arm-cutting. Perhaps SENT will be satisfied with the Ray's change of harts toward handicapped peolpe ("crippled" as Ray loves to say) and acceptance of the possibility becoming one. Or Ink will find the puzzle to unlock the machine. Anyhow, I think the sword itself won't be important.

playing chapter 16, asking Rae for a solution until he says it, entering it and then he's like "i should have thought of that, how do you know that"... looks like a little scripting error ._.

Has anyone told back then that the sword is dull and not real? How this affects the 17th chapter? What Beth holds then? The dull sword?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@snotmerchant, Contradictions? Not really.
Sent being an AI doesn't contradicts Ink's earlier plan on exploiting Sent's human nature, think about it, even an AI will stop explaining something to an audience when said audience doesn't fulfill certain criterias like "Paying Attention". Plus, as this chapter reveals, the name Sent is already a foreshadowing.
About the only killing one, Sent did the same with Beth on the previous Corner. It's just that unlike Beth, Rae doesn't really have any emotional problem Sent could take advantage of, so Sent make a much more unforgiving trap for Rae.
About Sent wanting all the players to survive, claiming that the possibility of surviving is there doesn't equal it really want that. And for all we know, that could just be Sent's usual lie.
About Beth's case where she was letting herself dies, Rae is the kind of guy who would NEVER want to off himself unless something this extreme is done to him. So Sent done so.

So Sent is an AI huh... if i were in the game he'd have failed the test. I figured out a chapter or two ago that he is an AI. Although i expect his motives to be more... complex... than just passing the Turing Test. So far loving it.

There's a weird bug in this chapter where Aether has a double. Almost made me think that Rae came back with a discovered twin.

Im very disappointed in this episode. Too many contradictions from the previous episodes. Now sent is claiming to be AI? Now sent has made a trap to kill one of the group? What happened to sent wanting all the players to survive? And unlike the episode where beth was going to let herself die, this episode isnt giving the rae a choice. So far its 3 options, either he deals with the torture till he dies, takes the pills and kills himself or loses an arm which could also possibly kill him. Not to mention why did the puzzle even begin considering they were cheating by holding the door open for an escape? Just too many things suddenly changed in this episode, its like a total 180 to everything that has been set up already in previous episodes. If it continues down this path I may have to abandon playing this game as it will no longer be the interesting mystery that I started playing and more of a horror game which isnt what made me want to start playing it to begin with.

No no no no NO NO NO!!!!!!!!! I am soooooo into this game, I am scared to find out what happens in chapter 18. GGGAAAHHHHH!!!!!

Brilliant game! The only reason I can think of that has this game with no badge is because it is still in progress. As it was said in other comments, the characters are very well done, each of them seem to hold secrets like real people may be like. The puzzle solving reminds me a bit of the MU complex games. Probably unrelated but the way characters are presented remind me a bit of some very old flash games called ambition series (those may be at least 12 year old or so xD), however those were more focused on persuading people and get into how they think to get a goal, and in this case apparently the dialogue options do not change the story.

I was sure feb 31 and mar 3 would be the same, since march third is 3 days after february 28th, when february actually ends.

I have a simple enough theory about why there are five rather than four contestants. Sent wanted/needed them to get through the game.

Huh, after mysterious disappearance of my progress yesterday, it is back today. Odd, as if 'sent' is messing with me, hahahaha.
I read the link you provided, and it seems that first thing happened to me. I will try refreshing if it happens again.

Exit/Corners is probably one of the most well-written things I've ever seen. For something that's not even MMO-styled huge, the lore is wonderful, the detail and the puzzles are fun, but the only thing that ticks me off is the static sound on the loading screen.. Not sure if it's my speakers (it disappears when I go into a chapter), or whether it was intentional.
If by loading screen you mean the main menu, the game plays a low, slowed-down track. It's possible that it's a bit static-y if your speakers aren't great with bass, though that's just a guess. Glad you're enjoying it, though!

Huh, my progress disappeared somewhere, so I will have to start over. I don't mind it somehow, as this game worths playing at least twice anyway. I wonder what caused this though. I didn't clear the cache or anything.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Oh come on, so little happened this chapter. And by the way, you forgot to send out notifications that it was posted so I almost missed it.

I thought I had Chapter 7 all figured out, but I didn't. I still don't get why the tiles were the ones they were and not the ones I thought they were
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Chapter 16 was the first lame chapter. Puzzle solved by itself that only a very select handful of people would ever have got without cheating...
Sincerely hope this is just a hiccup and not a sign of things to come :s
Hey, sorry this happened. First and foremost, try reloading the game - sometimes that fixes it. See here for details:

I *screamed* in frustration from the cliffhanger at the end of Chapter 16! That's how you can tell it's a really engaging story.

Spoiler alert:
For those who managed to guess the RN15 puzzle correctly (like me) and have a trouble because of lack of explanation: items are sorted by "rts" or "gnirts" or 'yllacitebahpla" (read backwards). That's what "ear" figures out if you keep asking for tips.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
If this game were a novel, it would be a real page-turner. Though, none of the questions I could ask Sent were the question I wanted to ask. I wanted Ink to ask "Why is it that Liza and I are coughing up blood?" That is a mystery that needs to be addressed, and it does seem like a conflict as urgent as the bombs under the hotel.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
What bothered me was solving I think it was 15 without hints with a correct first time guess, and afterwards they just talk about one of the others (Rae?) solving it, without explaining why it was the correct answer. All of the others, you could get it right first time and they'll explain why it is right but not that one.
