... I forgot all about this game. I lost all of my progress from when it originally ended at 14 though. Here we go again!

This game isn't working for me, when i press chapter 1 it comes up with a grey screen and a frowny face? Is this happening to anyone else or just me?

I was first interested in the story when i started playing and had high expectations but there's just too much idle chat and it gets boring, so in the end I didn't really care to much for the characters.

Fair question, here: How the HELL are you supposed to figure out half of these puzzles without hints, or some kind of guide? In most *games* of this kind, the NPC's are utterly useless at helping you, so it's not really useful to have them there as a hint system, unless you explicitly state their potential value (Rae, for example, being a computer genius). By its own standards (being fun as a mandatory condition), I really can't call Exit/Corners a game. It's mind-breaking, not mind-bending. Some of the puzzles were so obscure, I needed a guide regardless. The trouble with some of the puzzles is that, even if you know the answer, you don't know how to translate that answer into the puzzle so it accepts your input. (For example, Puzzle#2 only considers your answer correct if you do it as they intended, even if you can form the shape with the blocks in a passable manner otherwise!)

i also really like how if you click on "extras" then on "catch up" every chapter gets unlocked and also you have the option to skip puzzles

I played this a while ago, and liked it. It wasn't finished then, so I'm back. Gotta ask though - did you add the trust bars later? Do my actions and choices affect them? Do they affect the story?
The trust bars were there from the start. They do change a few things, but the changes are almost all near the end of the story. I wouldn't worry _too_ much about them. :)

Wow... That was an emotional journey! Don't know if you're gonna read that one but... that was an amazing adventure. Thank you. Great script, very interesting characters, not-too-difficult puzzles (they didn't obstruct the plot), no super weird plot twists, not too many loose ends, good art (I wish there were more CGs but I like this style)... I absolutely adore this game (I might be biased, I'm a linguist) and I would definitely pay for your future projects. I hope you can keep it up. I especially liked how you managed to develop these complex characters in such a limited amount of time - I hated Liza but she matured with time, Beth could easily become annoying as an archetype of a grieving character but you gave her awesome comebacks. Once again - great job!
Thank you for the kind words! I'm working on a second project as we speak, but it'll be a little while before I'll be able to post anything here. Consider giving us a follow on social (@MoonMothGames on Twitter, or the Discord) to keep tabs on what we're doing - that's the best way you can support us right now. :)

4/5 - I came in expecting a puzzle game with narative elements and walked out with a narative story that had puzzles once every ~15 minutes. Aside from the the text dumps being laid on a bit much at times (especially towards the end), some of the puzzles being a bit to hard (requiring a tad to specific of knowledge in my opinion, or to much trial and answer), the artwork lacking at times (I would not mind seeing the characters actually exist in the environment and not just exist as cardboard cutouts standing 6ft away from me), and the story falling a bit a apart as they try tie together all the loose threads and subplots, it's a pretty good game.

Omg, I'm completely clueless on my current chapter, but I'm really disappointed I don't get any props for thinking that Liza was once... Sent :-D

If I had a nickel for every time I laughed about Rae sh*tting on Liza, I'd be a rich man. "That's a f*cking pencil" XD. I played this one over a few times.

Is it okay to see the large white rectangular in "Extras/Standings" in front of Aether's portrait after choosing her in chapter 4?

That was intense. Didn't have such an intense game experience for a very long time. No wonder it's on the "Best of 2017" quest. Should be in "the very best of Kongregate" if such a thing existed. I don't know why this only got a 4.0 Rating while some crap generic f2p/mmo/cash-grab or even some idle games got higher. It has some weaknesses, of Course, but everybody who Plays this actually has to see the very huge amout of work and love put into this.

Why it does not go directly to the next chapter?! Kind of annoying...if you want to skip dialogue, keep pressing return!

I have played this game and for some reason since then I am afraid of playing Dr. Kawashimas Brain Training. Strange...

You should like, add another badge for the people that did all the chapters. You. It would be fair to be rewarded for playing through the entire thing

Oh yeah! I almost forgot about this series since I played it before it was finished. What a delight to find it finished today!

As a psych major who just went through finals week the line about not actually being able to figure people out and finding something "useful" while you still have a chance from Rae hits me on so many levels

WOAH WOAH WOAH, I found a glitch! If you quit when you see the timer in chapter eight, you can move the timer! THE LAWS OF TIME ARE OURS!

OMG, I LITERALLY LOST IT WHEN BETH DIED! WHY WOULD YOU KILL OFF THE SWEET OLD LADY! I mean, COME ON, SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?
