Played through once, way too slow to play through for a good ending while guessing what you need to do. Thank
shanoc5902 top comment for the info that agility was pointless. Made it almost fine to spam click through for good end. 2/5 for gameplay reasons, would have been a better experience without the stats and grind.

Ugh, the stat based guesswork really kills the storytelling angle. What do choices mean if its based on a stat system with no idea what they mean or want?

I found a walkthrough for the best ending here: https://www.reddit.com/r/WebGames/comments/76hrg3/millika_village_short_interactive_story_with/

You actually get the best ending just by having 100 morale at the end, and as far as I can tell 15 is the highest stat you need for any given morale choice to work. Morale is gained or lost based on if the relevant stat is high enough when you try something, not from making the right choice.

I did shanoc5902' strat and achieved the best ending, seems like a fail there seems to be only one way to complete the game and get the badge... thx goes to shanoc5902 just the same for being the trailblazer

Did Thomas08536 strat and everyone survives... I'm a bit peeved it seems regardless of how you answer some of the story arcs you get penalized.

I completed all the tasks I could being told to go help someone else, everyone dies so I am stumped how to get the best ending

I find it a bit weird that our character considers themselves a freeloader, when they're practically carrying this village on their back.

I all for a game that encourages hard work and a team first approach, but getting rewarded for watering down the booze???? I am certainly conflicted.

Perfect game to play during the night while a large snowstorm is blowing through Denver dumping over a foot of snow outside my window. :)

We survived the storm and I went on my way. Great! Or not? I have no idea if that's the "best" ending. I know this isn't a Flash game, but is the badge awarding properly to those who get the best ending, or is there a piece of that process that uses Flash for some reason? How do you know what the best ending is? It's a reasonably cute game, though a bit long and repetitive relative to the character development and storyline if you have to play it more than once.

Wonderful. Every decision I made seemed to be wrong, and in the end we all died. I guess all I can do is start over and try again, lol.

SPOILER ALERT:
How was i supposed to know that some herbs would stop a pack of wolves, that a person was trapped beneath a landslide, that some drunk guy would hit me with a bottle when the protagonist should know beforehand what they are capable of while being in that state, and that trying to cheer the villagers rather than actually help them with their houses would be a better choice? Overall a game that makes you think very carefully in what you are about to choose, however some little details on the dialogues regarding to the current context would make some things have more sense, and even though i got the bad ending i still enjoyed the narrative and the development of the story through the protagonist's perspective, i have played your previous games like Home and The Journey Home, so i didn't expect less from this game. I'd give this a 4.8/5

Honestly, this series is one of the if not THE most underrated game series in Kongregate. I love these types of games and there isn't that much of them around these days because of how little they are played, but when I find a game like this, it's the best feeling in the whole damn world.
I even smile a bit when good things happen in them.

OK, I can't find the game. Just people talking to me. Where's the game? Can someone help????? Or do you have to shoot everyone?????

This reminds me an awful lot of games like The Yawgh, with the worst elements of arbitrary skill checks that you have no idea what the thresholds are. No indication of how much you've improved but meaningless numbers, with the same generic "you've improved a little" message each time you progress, with no clue how much might be enough. Is 10, 15, 20, or 25 a level which you have any amount of competence, or will the game deny you even the knowledge of how far off you are from its arbitrary hurdle?
"But how do I provide feedback without just saying 'you need X more of Y?'", you might ask. How much extra work is writing two or three extra sets of lines for each decision, one for an outcome you're nowhere close to, one for an outcome you were reasonably close to, and one for an outcome you were more than qualified for? How about extra lines for gaining levels, so you have different lines when you're closer to or well above qualified?

Great game. Awesome music and character art, and gosh darn it if that unmoving 8-bit wolf sprite isn't just the cutest! These little interactive story games always feel so heartwarming, although this one on the first playthrough certainly felt more harrowing.

Please make a New game was REALLY AWESOME! It would be really cool if you connected the other three games.
and is it possible to get away from the wolves without Kira getting hurt?

I went from:
loving the previous games to, play everything from the autor, to play this one, then play it again two times skiping all text to ultimately look for the good run in the comments

After the accident happened to Kira, the wrong image is displayed when you talk to her to pick a job for the day, and the game uses the old art just for that one scene and few others. Since it is updated already, I suggest either fixing it by removing it or by making the player pick which art they prefer

Sigh just as my other 2 previous comments ... amazing ... simply amazing. I love to think when Kira said "It'll be more interesting with you around" she meant that she and Lisarra would fight to see who would get to marry the MC. thanks for another great game Raius.

Amazing game, Makes me really think about decisions. played it multiple times seeing what stat should i raise. i found agility to be quite useless. nevertheless 9/10 game.

I just wanted to add my voice to the torrential downpour of support and say that I really enjoyed your game. The story is polished and immaculate. The graphics are delightful. And, I really loved having to puzzle out what I needed to do to pass the skill caps on the events that pop up. All of Raius' games get 5/5 stars, but my only regret was that I couldn't give it 6.
