CONTINUED 2: Before the tentacles and eyes appears, try killing the horrors and floating eyes. Then keep moving away from mosnters at the same time you kill the eyes in the walls. When the boss appears, simply start attacking it and use your spells, if you have one potion it will die quickly.

CONTINUED: In LAST TWO STAGES: always go up, never right or left( the exit is always up), even if there are monsters never go around because you are gonna find even more monsters, so go up and kill monsters with your spell using them correcly (uppercut,sweep...). Try killing only one by one, alert one, move backward, let it come to you and kill it. Repeat. If you have random teleport, use it, if it doesn't take you to the exit, keep pressing space until it is recharged and use it again. BOSS: very important, you must have at least a potion or health spell, so if in later stages you dont have one, you must explore everything you can, it doesn't matter if you die, because if you confront the boss without potion/health spell, you are gonna die anyway. My stats for impossible: It took me exactly 158 attempts and I made it to the bos in 11 occasions. 95 kills, 24 min, 550 gold, 122k points. Pugilist: travel light + figthin shoes. I use toughness(3) and unarmed(4).SPELLS: random teleport(very very important, a lot of times it has teleported me to the exit in later stages or escape from monsters), health, spells like berserk, vital strike.... My STRATEGY: for first lvls simply kill and collect as many treasure as possible (try at least lvl up in each stage and then leave). In the WASTELAND: go down, then go left, later up and keep walking right until you find the exit. This way you kill raptor one by one and they don't agglomerate. At first, I tried suicide run going up but I died mostly, this way was better for me. CONTINUE IN NEXT COMMENT

This game is amazing, it combines action, turn-based, real RPG, it's quite difficult and i can't add all the small details that makes it the best of it's kind in Kong and similar platforms.
Keep up the good work, you're the best.

I think it would be nice if the more achievements you have the higher the chances of finding better equipment and/or drops will be. It would give even more plays and reason to get achievements.

The very fast speed-runs, 30:00 or less, can be accomplished by a Paladin with a "Noncombatant"and a "Turn Evil" to ward off attackers. Got to level 11, got "Wrath of God" to kill off all the monsters in the last level. If any of the levels isn't going your way just reload and restart it.

I recommend the ranger on ACT 3 for the impossible badge. Being able to split damage with the dog is just too useful. I could barely beat the first stage with any other type. I focused on speed and damage talents, got some luck with the drops (fireball is huge, an invincible potion or two doesn't hurt for the boss) and kept the average stage time to around 5 minutes. I went with the extra morale boost perk as well for some extra points. Got act 3 in 39:33 and 127k points. Great game.

Absolutely love this game.
The interface is perfect, the fact that you have no inventory is an absoulte blessing. Too many times have I been instantly put off a game after picking up an insane amount of new items which I spend more time sorting through then I do actually playing the game. I love the fact that its not just "rogue" you level up outside of the main game, and then try the level again. It's perfect to be honest. 5/5

hey i paid 3000 hero fist or whatever there called for the theif before this update and no i have 0 hero fists and no theif whyyyyyyyyy

I feel that you should have the option to sell items when you have full inventory. It seems so wasteful to leave things lying around especially since you already have the ability to sell equipment that is inferior to what you are wearing.

Good job and thanks for all the hard work on this fantastic game! I'm loving the 1.04 update, and looking forward to the new class.

The quest definition "with a thief, pick up all items in asterion's lair before killing him" should be rephrased to "all loot". You have to pick up the gold as well.

I can't complete the task "with a thief, pick up all items in asterion's lair before killing him". I've tried several times, I even equipped the items, but nothing.

The "constant bubbling rage" for the fighter and the "Naked Pack" for the thief also more difficult. Oh, and these new achievements should be at suicide.

Don't attack a scavenger if you're playing a wizard. It's not worth the trouble. If you're playing a thief you'll have much better luck.

There is a bug with the Paladin once bought the Righteous Fury. If you use the Holy Armor and in the same turn an enemy attacks you and take the damage back and you kill him with a hit, you receive 2 Righteous Fury.

If it just had one main auto-attack instead of a hotbar i feel like it would be alot more enjoyable. instead its just clumsy and doesnt have enough visual/detailed action to be entertaining.

One of the very best casual roguelikes IMO. That said, I think the emphasis on time and speedruns is misplaced. The way different classes and builds lead to qualitatively different playstyles despite the simple mechanics is where this game really shines, and encouraging incomplete/minimal runs really takes some of the joy out of the exploration. Don't get me wrong, speedruns and minimalist runs can be really fun challenges, but I feel they would be better implemented as Nethack-style conducts than as score penalties lurking in every run.

If I may make a suggestion, could you adjust the coding so it remembers my gender and tone settings from session to session? It's a little annoying to set those repeatedly every time I come back. Besides that, however, you have a hell of a nice game on your hands here. :)

I think I found a bug. In Act III 2nd area before the boss for the three times that I played and passed through the area. I find an enemy and buff to take it out only to find out it morphs into a Scavenger and starts attacking me and this was in clear view so there was no monster that stepped out of the way with a Scavenger moving in the spot.

Ahh, finally got the Impossible badge. Impossible ActIII, Paladin with a Stealthadin sort of build. Held onto the first upgrade point until I got the Restless Blade in the second screen, then Consecrated it. Heal, Sleep, and Judgement spells, with maxed Purity then Toughness. (Also got Fear, but didn't make much use of it.) Final battle with time elixer, a couple of heals, a powder bomb, and a summon scroll.

Some monster used "teleport away" on me while I was using glide, and I landed outside of the map! A turn later, glide wore off. Cause of death? gravity.

it is a vicious cycle: if you start killing scavengers they up their prices so at some point there itemes are so expensive you have not choice but to fight them !
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It would be nice if you could target areas, not just enemies, to hit invisible enemies and the like. Sometimes I know exactly where the enemy is, and cant hit them with a fireball or arrow.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@xXTrunksXx You will need some items, or any projectile spell. For example, if you throw a sleep powder at him you can start attacking. If you have fireball or a bow, if it hits the scavenger becomes an enemy.
