So short. The game ends once you get to the city on map 3. Fighting a guard and a mage of the magic collage/school type thing, who pronounce you as evil incarnate with basically a tb-continued. No info at all about the strange magic, the darkness stuff or anything. It was ok until then and i felt robbed.

Skipped the other three parts because they would be rather long... I didn't realize how Kongregate formatted its comments...

A Help List in Four Parts (due to Kong's character limit):
It seems like a number of people are having difficulty understanding some of the gameplay elements (which is understandable as the game really doesn't explain them... at all). Here are a few things I've noticed while playing that hopefully should help anyone trying to play this thing (and no, I'm not spoiling any boss fights):
+When you die, as far as I know, you lose nothing, you get full health back, and your enemy's total hitpoints drop by ten or twenty points. And yes, this was not exactly a good idea on rapaxus's part as it is rather exploitable, but presumably the developer added in a cap for the dropping hitpoints.

If the developers can’t even figure out how to make separate controls for music and sound effects, they deserve to have their games rated 1/5..

Explanation on the point of this game is lacking. What is resting for? I haven't seen a point, which also means what's the point of gold? The battles are good, although there should be an option to speed them up and a button for help in case one missed the directions the first time. Also I can't tell if there's any benefit from getting 4 vs. 3 in a row. I'd suggest giving a second turn if the player/NPC gets 4 in a row.

I didn't quite get the game.. Where are the quests and the new spells? And it seems completely random if you win or not.. Sure, there are some strategy involved in what pieces you move, but come on.. Why not throw a dice?

perhaps allowing us to buy spells and maybe random encounters would be gd.a better plot would also help.the puzzle aspect is unique but might be a little stalemate after a while .not bad graphics=)

I like the premise alot. But the games turn to salemates to often and get dragged out. Then there is the lack of any good instructions. for those reasons I can only give 3/5

sorry...this game is a little bit dull. good idea though very much like challenge of the walords on ds but much much less in depth. you need more character development and more choice of attacks. also a larger battle grid would make the encounters far more interesting. this game has a lot of potential but im afraid youve pulled it off rather poorly...
