For those curious about how to play this with SuperNova SWF Enabler plug-in, use this address provided below by copying the entirety of it and pasting it onto the address bar at the top of your browser to ensure that it bypasses the ‘GameShell’ issue that have plagued many earlier games of Kongregate: supernova://play/?swfurl=https://chat.kongregate.com/gamez/0003/9398/live/MusicCatch2.swf?kongregate_game_version=1242765170 Make sure that your latest installation of SuperNova works correctly, as it will not function if it cannot load games that can work fine without this bypassing of the SWF files here (Used Google Chrome dev tools to get the link).

@archerbob I have never gotten a porn ad on kong. The porn ads are probably because of an adware on your computer. Might want to get it scanned with Malwarebytes

SuperNova has started working for me in Chrome recently, so I was able to play the game. It's odd how SuperNova opens the game but it's ok. This has always been a favorite. Glad to play it again.

Well not worrying about reds or collecting golds I managed to collect 70% of the shapes, it's not possible to do an better than that as the shapes do not pick up as I run the pointer over them: https://i.ibb.co/ts2TQKk/Screenshot-from-2021-01-30-04-04-00.png

The badge counter doesn't work, I got 63% of the shapes out of no idea how many shapes there are, I got all purples, no reds and a combo of 81 golds.

So a note popped up to see the Jan 23 announcement for info about BotD and Flash games. But that announcement states that Flash games will NOT come up as BotD!

Games that work in Supernova do not register achievements yet...
My personal hint: make a screenshot of completed ingame requirements - together with your nickname near the Kong chat - and report missing achievement.
Kong should respond within few days.

i played this game a lot back then.... it's so sad to see it was a flash game and now it's a dead game... Memories from this game will last forever and luckly for me also the badges will last forever.

I completed Gentle Giand Badge requirements in Supernova player but I didn't get the badge on kongregate, is this a common issue?

Exelent music in this game. The Letting Go tune reminds me of a movie I once saw which I can't remember the name of. Its about a guy that finds a time portal inside the floor. I believe it was Glenn Triggs that produced it.

Hard Badge Easy - Radar + Wave, do a small circle around the middle, pop out to grab yellows and purples when necessary. I hit 5 reds and still scored 8.5 million first try.

for anyone wondering the best strats for the hard badge, ive found it easiest to play on Radar mode, then circle a bit behind the radar line that spawns the new blocks while collecting all the yellow notes and power ups possible. took me 2 or 3 tries to get the hard badge with the strat, just have to avoid all red notes.

Ah never mind. I figured it out. I always play games on mute as the sounds bother me and I was only playing the game for the badge. Can't mute it in the browser window and have the notes appear. But it does work to mute on the main PC volume setting. So now I can play enough for the badge without having to listen to some sounds someone else decided I had to sit through (the first one was unpleasant).

Moving my mouse over the shapes would be great if there were any shapes to move my mouse over. There is just a black screen with a very thin white line rotating at the edge of the window... Not sure where the shapes are supposed to be.

Is there anyone reading this who *has* successfully used the MP3 from URL feature? Because I've yet to find a single link that does work. Now if the game could read files from the host computer, like some other music games I've played, that would be useful.

I do not think the MP3 from URL works. I believe I did everything correctly. Finding a public website and finding a mini-player then copying the audio URL.

Both medium badges are broken, the counter for the 4000 shapes badge doesn't count and the 100 combo badge isn't possible because I can collect all gold to 66x with no reds and no higher...

The "hard" for this game was probably the easiest and most satisfying one to get on this website. Got it on first try, as well as hitless. Not the most entertaining game, but nice and relaxing most of the time. 4/5
