I found this game very good. 4/5 at least. As with many Dungeon Crawls, it starts off being very challenging, and after the acquisition of a few party members and weapons/magic, it becomes quite easy, to the point of no longer having any fear of danger until you face the big bosses. Artwork is simple but adequate. Missions are simple and straightforward (though getting to the king's crown is difficult), and it keeps track of all relevant stats accessibly.
A couple minor suggestions: “Wisdom and intelligence” should maybe not be separate categories--rename one of them. The queen should be locked away until the party leader has reached level 10 and completed all other quests. Also, there should be an ending. By the time a player has gotten to 32,400 XP, they have beaten over 95% of all demons, and it hasn’t been overly challenging for a while. After they beat the queen, they’re done--there’s no reason to go back and chop trees and kill rats. Cue the fireworks and end it there.

Start as a fighter, find all 3 trolls to join you first thing, then kill rats for coins in the northwest dungeon till you can afford 1 mage and 1 cleric(700g)Spells are unlocked with wisdom, mages have wisdom, scrolls are used with int, clerics use int. Full party before you level at all. Then clear all the dungeon creatures you can with a lvl 1 party, about half in most dungeons, just a few in some. Then spend all that cash on stat upgrade at 200g each. cleric int to 15, mahe wiz to 15, the rest increasing fighter and troll str and dex, keep str at 2x dex. make sure to keep a few axes in the party, they increase melee dmg.

Great game, and I look forward to the next edition. (Takes a little bit of trial and error to get some momentum going, but once it takes off, the gold comes pouring in and the game gets really fun)

1. potions or you can find some healing wells around the map but they disappear when used. you can buy them in town.
2. you will unlock spells when you play but all classes have the same spells... i think the stats is the only difference between all the classes. and the time/stats/levels it takes to unlock new spells.
3. you can chop down the forrest xD

It is very good game. But I can't make the money to hire anything. I hit one monster on the map and I die. if you don't have money you can't do anything. Doesn't make it very fun

Beat the game easily with: 1)Fighter 2)Wizard 3)Cleric 4)Skeleton 5)Knight 6)Robed Man. The Fighter can fast-kill the smaller creatures, while the spell-trained Cleric helps the Wizard in dealing massive Fireball damages(40~90) against (sub-)bosses. The Knight (from quest) and Robed Man (captured as a 20 strength) are melee, and if you didn't get a Skeleton Summon Scroll, just use Fighters instead. Notes: unit levelling (in Guild Advancement Room) increases Fireball output; Training doesn't work on non-hired units.

The Fighter excels in melee, the Wizard in spells, the Cleric in scrolls (and unlocking dungeons). I recommend starting the game with a high Strength/HP Fighter, add the Troll henchman once you see him, then later add Wizard&Cleric. Skeleton summons (and Troll) may prove to be nice placeholders until you can trap creatures with more prowess. There's a [Zoom Map] option in Party Info, use it. Save Gold for Intelligence Training so your Cleric can use Scrolls (recovered from loot)!

droping this down to a 3/5 sorry but theres just to much missing or unclear about this. I buy a cleric henchmen and he doesn't come with any healing spells. hes lvl 2 now and still no clear means of healing. Not sure what u consider a cleric but 99.9% of gamers out there consider them healers. sorry but thats a huge fail in my book. 3/5 hope u clear up some of the issues. seems like you have a lot of promise here.

This game looks like it has some great potential, but I also found it very confusing.
1. Is there any way to rest/recover health between fights?
2. I hired a cleric but he seems to have no spells at all?
3. Is there any way to make the map bigger than just that one corner?
4. Is there a way to equip stuff or is it auto used in combat?

can wizard have more than 8 INT? i cant train him higher... are there any caps for stats? (like warrior cant have more than 5 int or sth like this)

*REALLY*hard when you start, and semi-dangerous even later, but very fun. You have to get lucky, not be a cocky bastard since there are no inns. Your best bet is to stock up on potions early. Get party members from the base area but DO NOT LEVEL before you do or their cost goes up too. Fighters ftw.

@DIanara: The Queens castle is in the far north west, simply chop down all trees around the and the quest is done..

Greate game, I like the simple grafics, you can play it without getting headaches.
But the wizard is completly useless in myopinion, he dies too quickly and the cleric doesn´t do a lot for you; the only decent class is the fighter, captured monster work as well..
Keep up the good work, and maybe make some blance changes 5/5

Must be some kind of glitch. The game says to clear a path to the south side of the witches castle. I did but it never advanced past that mission. So I cut down all the trees in the game but still nothing.

I found a... glitch? I kept feeding my wizard mana potion after mana potion. If there's a cap to how much mana he's allowed I didn't find it. Of course, I didn't want to spend _all_ my money on that, so I stopped around seven hundred mana. Pretty decent game. A bit tedious after a while, especially since you have to cut down all those trees and worry about your axe breaking. Then again, there's a spell for that. :)

Wow, tried the game 3 times, got killed in the first fight 3 times. Add that to the clunky interface and this isn't worth another minute of time.

i tryed to play this game... u need easier monsters for beginers AND add random enconters... it took me 30 minutes to realize u have to FIND it... still good pictures would be better 2/5
