As for leaving out subjects, I actually just couldn't put them in. The game currently maxes flash's memory. I've been reading for ways around that and have an idea but version 2 needs to be totally re-designed. Def needs new graphics though!

Yeah... the graphics... I did everything but the chars and BG really. I just can't draw. The people who worked with me were so lazy - 3 chars is all I could get for the patients.

Love the game, but I have to say... WAY TO FREAKING COPY SCRUBS!!! Come up with your own characters next time!!!
5/5 anyway though cause I like scrubs :D

I enjoyed the game. Graphically, I think it could be given a tuneup.
In terms of gameplay, well, it was okay, but it was, I think, too simple. A patient only comes in with a disease you know about... Giving the patient a disease that you don't know would force you to go back to school. In the real world, also, patients can have multiple diseases. They can also have viri, and parasites.
Increasing the realism of this game is only going to make it better.
I would like to comment on the two characters with personality though: Dr. Grey and the Lawyer. It seems as if you were trying to imitate Dr. Cox and Ted. Don't make them into stereotypes.

lol "heart attack is death of the heart muscle and if enough time passes without hospital care the patient may die"
my dad had a heart attack without knowing it and didn't go to the hospital for 2 weeks and while muscle was damaged, none died. WHAT NOW, GAME!?!?!

Okay, I just got into this game and it's promising. Anyone who has taken the time to read my profile would have noticed I am a third year Biomedical Sciences student: although quite similar to Medicine, there are considerable differences, e.g, most theory I read is known to me, but some diseases are not. About the game: as most I read is somewhat simplified but correct, it is quite realistic. The environment is nice and the setting is nice, but two aspects (at the moment) are certainly strange. One, the patients are all looking the same, aside sex difference. And two, how can a pre-med student get to diagnose a patient with knowledge in only ONE subject, no experience, no permission to examine a patient and no permission to question the patient? And then getting it right too; that's a bit bizarre. Nonetheless overall, the idea is great. 4/5 for now.

Lots of research put into it but still this game isn't much good. I think 2/5 stars is what this game deserves, seriously overrated

It is a bit silly sometimes. I mean, I just learned to "look at the patient and observe their color" and that gives me the ability to diagnose colorectal cancer?
But a fun little game nonetheless.

BUG!!! the green square with sum info about a heart attack is not going away, not even in the main menu!! 4/5, but could increase or decrease in the future. i only have a first impression about the game

I agree with kersius, Ive gotten that a couple times where its just chest pains and nothing else, or maybe they were a smoker.. at that point, you have about 5 different diseases or more to choose from depending on how far you are...

1/5 stars for being told i was late on my first day. screw you if you're going to start a player with an insult like that.

Mmmh, pretty slow somehow. It's ok, but somehow I wished I could see the general informations (gender, age etc) in the diagnose book. Also a patient with 0 years that answers on my questions? :P

Nice idea, decent gameplay. It becomes kinda boring to click on the different medical issues all the time. You should make a more handier interface for a next installment. But the general idea is pretty solid. 3/5

I may be missing something, but it seems very difficult to diagnose someone when the only symptom they have is "Chest Pain" and they deny having any other symptoms. At that point, it's almost a crap shoot what it could be.
