Lots of potential, but far, far too overwhelming to the new player. You need to HIDE EVERYTHING at the start of the game and ONLY REVEAL AS NEEDED. A+ for effort and layout, Z- for new player experience.

I think either the War initiative has been nerfed too much, because I can only get to level 521 with it, with a forty minute wait time, but with the Factory Initiative, I can get to 541 with a two minute wait time. By wait time, I mean travel (acceleration).

@archer297 , some enemies will have a ground defense called "anti-missiles". These increase the number of nukes you have to spend to eliminate the ground defenses.

every time you open a new tab in game it registers as a new tab on the browser. Not great when I use the back button to go back to the list of games I was browsing.

It would be nice if it was possible to cap the fleet designer automation. Depending on the experience spending, the research can easily reach such levels that the ship design maximum level causes the production times to reach hours, slowing down the battle progression.

It's a good game but to much auto at the begin, better to have them at a time when it become more important. keep going !

FYI: I found out that if you are too long offline and you got a warp over years when you start the game, all your technologies evolved very far.
If you automatised the upgrading of ships, modules are taken, which are much too far evolved and they raise the price of ships a lot.
So just switch off the "fleet design updater" and decrease the module level manually for your ships.
Then the price should be cheap again and building new ships becomes fast as before

It seems that the price of ships change, if you go offline for a while, which is related to the problem RobertR108 has mentioned.
E.g. my Colossus ships got a factor of 1000 in price increased if you look into the design panel.
So if you are offline for too long, there is no other way than to prestige to get the original speed back.

Also, being offline for a day now gives me 8 years of warp thanks to the exp i spent. I have the research warp card but the research didn't advance at all since yesterday.

Theres something wrong with the loading procedure. Yesterday I could make my whole fleet of 420 BattleCruisers in about 30 seconds. I could recover dozens per second. Come back today and it takes 5 minutes just to make 50 of them. Prestige and the speed comes back. Also issues with prestige... it doesn't update the costs to build space stations until you try to build one.

I really like this game, but the design system is pretty complex and I don't know where to start in optimizing ships. (Not a bad thing, I like complex)
I could use a bit more information on 'Exp' and how you exactly get it as well.

The progression in getting new card slots is much to high.
Maybe it is possible to allow new card slots not every 12*x levels, where x is the number of card slots. but every 12*x^2 or 12*(exp(x-1)) or something similar.
I don't know what would be best in your game, but I think there are some rules out there.
Maybe you could try to allow people having all 30 slots with level 1000 or so, because then also top highscore players still have a goal.
Another advantage is that you are not forced to introduce new cards for every 12 levels :-)
Maybe you can also think of other rewards for end game players, if it is not on your roadmap yet.

Btw. it would also be nice if warping allows to do more than one battle within the whole warping time, such that warping really speeds up the game by the given amount

Nice game so far and even better than the predecessor :)
I just wanted to convince you to write your update notes also into the game news section on the right side.
You are updating the game almost every day and I believe that most people don't realize that. It is also much more motivating for new players if they see that the game is evolving over time and that the development is not stopped yet.
Thanks for this game and I hope you are investing as much time as in the past to add more nice content.

Djakaman: That already exists, set your Autosearch to the level you wish to stop at, and it will raise the level up to reach it. I use this feature every time I go XP farming

could we get an option to autosearch for one higher than max search initiated (so that when we are max x, we can search x+1, x+2, ... - to raise max level much faster, without needing to click so much)

event I beat level 790 enemy still gain exp same as first round I play with 1x multiplier.

All of the combat messages cover the right side of the screen where a lot of info is. Makes it REALLY hard to figure things out but you NEED to be doing combat all the time!

so, this is cool but i think it should progress a little slower, like as soon as i do one thing i unlock everything! it makes it really hard to follow, if i unlocked one or two pages at a time witha short info page about them, it would be easier to understand. otherwise, this is great so far!

rebelk36, ship module efficiency grows with leveling Technologies, so you just need sometimes "maximize" you current design or set it for autoupgrade

Suggestion: add option "max level" for autosearch enemies. My fleet can victory about next 10-15 levels but do it manually is very boring =(

Suggestion: Once you have five notifications of the same type on screen at the same time, turn off that type of notification.
