Meh, it would be better but that stupid hidden trapdoor, combined with the decoy item, are too obnoxious for my taste. 3/5

I locked the window and blocked it with nails and planks but i still got out :/ the 2nd try the werewolf went for the door instead and i managed to get his stamino to 0

But, but... I stepped outside the hut before waiting for nightfall, and it still had me inside the hut. I wanted to kill even MORE PEOPLE!!!

A very enjoyable game. The different outcomes are very amusing. Very difficult if you cant see the spaces where things are though. The graphics were good too, and the pixelation makes it very appealing to the eye. 10/10

@ryderofclouds: There is a recipe for the potion, so it seems to fit your request for "hard to find." ;) When you look at the journal, there's a second page sticking out on the left side that you can click on to read, which has the recipe.

go outside. under roof is a chain. grab the axe and the wood. bottom right corner is a shroom. grab it too. go back inside. shut door. go to bed area. keys in jacket and under bed. tinderbox in dresser. close and lock window. silver key locks door. move bookcase in front of door. gold key for chest. grab hammer. ax the table. grab boards, use on window. use hammer on boards. go to fireplace. bottom of screen is a trapdoor. use it. inside is meat and spice. put wood in fireplace and light it. potion is spice+herb+shroom. use flask to grab it. use potion on meat. tie self up with rope and chain. done

This is a really nice twist on the "escape" idea in the gaming world. Nice challenging game. However, there could be a recipe for the potion (make it hard to find or sg).

... ok so you barricaded the window by nailing parts of a table you chopped up if the werewolf can get through that then how is that little hook lock supposed to slow him down

@Chronicler_ I suppose the "win" is where we do not kill a single person in the nearby village. Now that we have escaped in the forest, I am hoping for a sequel, where we try to restrain ourselves in the said terrain.

A couple of things that I missed first time around: (spoiler warnings)
1. Even though you can put the root in the potion, it does nothing. 2. The notes have a second page. 3. There is a dark floorboard in one of the screens that you can click to open. 4. The window has a one or two pixel area in the center where there is a latch that you need to click to "lock" the window. 5. There is a chain hanging from the eaves (the tip of the roof) of the house outside, you need to chain and rope yourself.

Fun game. It took me a while even using help from the comments. I like that there are a few extra items around what you don't need.
