I just realised, if the door comes up and the bars go down, and the noose goes up... when you open the door with the red rope on it, you're hanging the clown...

Why does the noose stay exactly the same when the door is lowered? The raising or lowering of the door does nothing to the noose...

How to get both endings: When you've reached the plot twist, let the man go or catch him. ENDING#1 If you catch him, the cycle from the first game will continue and you'll wake up. ENDING#2 If you stay still, the man (representing yourself from the first game) will escape and close the door to get you trapped to the deepest sleep. FOREVER. + if this helped you in any way.

Am I the only one who thought this game wasn't very scary? or any of games in the series for that matter. save for the one instance in the first game where you hear "you have to wake up" over and over again this is actually more of a intriguing series more than a horrific series.
no offense to the developers but I've played much scarier. still 5 stars ingenuity.

This was truly a creepy end to a creepy series. And in this case, it's not a bad thing. Never expected that twist at the end. Now if you'll excuse me I need to figure out what to do with my time since I won't be sleeping for the next few nights.
