Against actual people's I hardly ever lost, I only lost to one person everytime I play against him but beside him I never lose ;P

would have preferred the pieces were more easily mixed up than they already are now. If you could make every piece look like a pawn/bishop/queen/king it would improve gameplay greatly.

The AI has a hilarious habit of attempting Death or Glory attacks. It tried to Scholar's Mate me, for crying out loud!

You should add some sounds to indicate moves. Also, make the opponents' moves more apparent. It was realy frustrating trying to tell what was going on if the computer decided to do somthing on the opposite side of the board. Other than that, I had fun.

I won a game with the AI only having the king left and with me having my king and the queens, thign said Pat or something, so I guess the AI gave up. It's pretty fun but you might want to make a more difficult version to play, I have a friend who keeps winning each and every game of chess he plays, he does not like to win all the time. Other than that it is a nice game

Alright. I couldn't help but to read the comments first and I don't care if it's a weak AI, or if you can win with fools mate, that doesn't mean anything. One lets see YOU make a better AI, and two what do you learn from repeating stupid openings? Nothing. At all. So stop complaining. Thank you.

I think you really need a overhaul on this game the real rules of the game don't always seem to apply to this game. For example your aloud to castle after doing check as long you don't move the king or the rook.

AI is too easy. Got it pwned with a scholar's mate:
1. e4 Nh6? 2. d4 a6? 3. Bc4 Ra7? 4. Qf3 c6?? 5. Bxh6! gxh6 6. Bxf7#

about the castling thing. once yor king has been put in check it cannot castle out of check or castle later in the game. hope that will help.
