When marking x in touch mode moving over any x flips it to blank, and moving over any blank flips to x. It should work like so: if I click on a blank and drag turn blanks to x, x's stay x. If I click on an x x's turn blank, blank's stay blank. Just set a mode toggle based on where the drag starts.
When option 'even x' unlock your issue will be OK.
I just want to implement RPG elements on this game.
So I split many ability to puzzle. But some guys are not comfortable with it.

For those that are confused as to what the numbers next to the rows/columns are, they indicate how many tiles in that particular row/column are supposed to be filled in that are next to each other, so a '5' in one row would be to fill all five squares, while something like '1''2' in a column would be that there's one square that's filled in, and 2 other squares that are filled in next to each other. +1 this so others can see.

Tamaii, thank you for making such a wonderful game. A lot of people here mention the lag, and I am pleased to you responding about fixing the issue.
I think all of the extra content like badges and the store are awesome and bring something fresh to this type of game. I'm only level 16 right now, but I am excited to see so many levels remaining for me to play!

I love picross and this is a great game, but I do find all the extra badges, points, unlockables, and fanfare a bit more distracting than anything. It would also be nice if picross veterans could skip to at least the normal difficulty without having to do 100+ of the easy puzzles.
In order to get the jump option to work I had to go into the options menu and disable it, then enable it again. It didn't seem to actually be enabled by default.
Actually, you are right. I already got many message for unlock normal and hard puzzle immediately. I'm thinking of it.

Fun fact: this game freezes only on firefox, its fine on google chrome. On chrome it runs fast and nicely, on firefox it freezes each time you try to fill a node. People always reported firefox to be slower when playing flash games, but i did not think that it could go that far.
Thanks a lot. Your comment is the only clue of the laggy issue. Because my game works properly even on my mom's 7 years old computer. (And it was working good on firefox as well.)

I'm totally confused. Am I supposed to get a hint of what the puzzle solution is? Are there multiple ones? You do a tutorial on a dog, making the player assumed that an image or at least a hint will be given in the game. Yet, the next puzzle is blank. Also, the tutorial needs to be reworked. Explain what the numbers on the grid are as it's confusing. It seems it's "12," not "1" and "2." Have an actual puzzle in the tutorial would help as well.

Switching between mark/X when using mouse controls should be hold, not toggle. Or at least there should be an option to switch it. Also, being unable to mark a crossed out square until you remove the X should be default, not something you have to unlock. It's ridiculous that you have to unlock basic game features.

So... this is weird. Game won't load, and when I right click and click "play," I get the next screen, but overlaid on the loading screen.
eg. when you do mark x on these pixels(□x□□□□x□) by dragging first to last.
It is done like this (x□xxxx□x) but with 'even x' it is done like this (xxxxxxxx).
I feel so shame with my english. sorry :(

Agreed on an option to take out graphical stuff. I also wouldn't mind the option of seeing what requirements I need in order to unlock a badge or prize. I like to know what objectives I have (other than perfecting every level of course). Great game though, probably one of my favourite Picross games yet!

Entertaining, but it feels like you put in unlockables needlessly. The ability to wrap around the screen shouldn't be some cherished game changer. It's a fairly basic feature.

Is it normal for the game to lag like hell??? I can't mark one square without it freezing for a couple of seconds -_-'' I really love this kind of games, but it is impossible to play like this.
i'm really sorry for this problem.
I'm trying to fix it. on my system, it doesn't seem laggy.
now I'm going to play my game on many different system. Then, I think I can find out what is the problem.

Developer, I really like your game, so much that I gave it 5*, however all those extra graphical effects slow up my laptop. I would like to see a way to toggle them on or off. Otherwise, it's the best flash game I have seen in a very long time! Well Done!

I would really appreciate a better mouse control scheme. In other words, either make right click fill in an "X," or make the cursor change to "X" while holding down a key. It's frustrating to constantly have to toggle the cursor back and forth.

refreshing and retrying the spade level seemed to fix it, I guess? The only thing I did was turn sound/bg off during a level, but I repeated that with level 12 and didn't get stuck

On level 11, easy, the spade one. After I win, I can't get the clear screen to go away. Clicking, space bar, waiting, I'm just stuck with it vanishing for a split second and reappearing again. Worked great yesterday for the first 10 levels.

tried to skip the tutorial then it got stuck at the "clear" on the end. so i clicked through the tutorial and now it still got stuck -.- i really love those games so please fix this
