It would be cool if I knew how to start playing this game, all that is on my screen is a bunch of animals walking back and forth.

There's another Picross puzzle game I started playing online recently, and I like this one better because the puzzles here are actually well constructed to where they can be solved without ever having to resort to guessing. I also like the soothing background music... :) A few suggestions: The interface could use a little work; it's not too bad once you've unlocked the safe mode and even X options, but it probably would've been better to have those on by default and unlock the ability to turn them off. Also since you can skip puzzles, it would've been helpful to have ones that are directly tied to unlocking something be marked with a special icon. Displaying the category of each puzzle would also be helpful for players trying to unlock specific things faster. An option to turn off the graying out of numbers in incomplete columns would also be nice; I've made a few mistakes that would've been avoidable because the grayed numbers blended into the background too well.

It is possible to get the hard badge while only completing the easy puzzles. Don't buy anything except EXP in-game badges as you progress. I attempted to get perfect for each puzzle but you should be fine even if you don't. It's a bit tedious so take a break when you get tired of it and you'll be fine.

I love these types of puzzles, and I'm glad I can waste my time on game that just has dozens of them (and get actual upgrades too). I don't even mind the broken English!

The reward system needs work. It's frustrating to get money and experience based off of time and nothing based off of difficulty. There should be a base reward at each difficulty + extra for time and less mistakes.

How the hell was this a hard badge? I haven't even finished the easy levels.
I love Picross, this game is well done and extremely addicting.

I like the game. It makes me comfortable and feel calmed by its music. It also relieves my stress when in work. A think a suggestion for me is the restart key so that i dont go pause and click the retry button over and over.

Great game! I love the attention to detail; the funny little things that don't really have anything to do with the game itself. However, did the developer had to make the game so damn addictive? I have to sleep some times...

an option to have space as a x marker instead of v, would be really nice for mouse users. I keep pressing wrong buttons, and find myself constantly looking if my finger is in right spot, taking away a lot of my gaming pleasure.

Love how U added rpg elements to this genre, enjoying the game very much, there is one thing that bothers me thu, the lack of right mouse button for marking x. its really annoying to have to use keyboard even when i play with mouse.. No idea how hard this is to implement but I have seen a couple of flash games using right mouse button. Anyhow, keep up the good work.

Fun game. Just a couple suggestions on the controls.
1) When you've specified a row as 'x' you are essentially marking it as an empty row, so it is really frustrating when you accidentally drag into that row later and lose your perfect. It'd be nice if you had to start in that specific row to mark it, so as to limit human error.
2) when you're dragging x's across the map and move into a row that already has x's you end up flipping that row back to blank. I can't think of a reason when the user would want that to happen, so it would probably be better to have what the row is changed to be specified by the cell the drag started in.
3) It's minor, but I found it a little irritating to accidentally wrap across the map when dragging and (again losing my perfect). I can see how this would be useful when using the keyboard to navigate, but it would be nice for me if it was disabled when dragging. Others may disagree though, so I'm not as attached to this as the first two.

Why does the hitbox on the "touch" button change? In pen mode you have to click the word touch to switch to X but when in X mode you can just click the image?

good game but way to easy...
30 minutes for 5x5 puzzle is just waaaay to easy.
The difficulty should increase much faster with the hard ones like a 50x50 puzzle or something...

So then I forgot that I couldn't clean the cache from my browser because I was playing this for ages and I did. Twice. Better I just give up on this. :'(

Before you complain about level bugs, how about check your solution? I finished all of Easy and Normal but I've never encountered a single bugged level.

A tip for the hard badge: Skip levels like the other comments suggest, but once you get to the normal levels play them all, as the hard don't give you more experience. The 2 secret badges mentioned by rhysyboy2000 don't help since they cost more gold than you'll ever have before you can afford them, so just buy whatever experience badge you can afford.

I found a bug in the Normal Difficult Hot-Air Balloon Puzzle. There were two columns and one row with incorrect numbers. I wasn't able to complete the puzzle due to this.

Comparing this to Picross Madness, this is so much better, especially because of the fact that no puzzles I have done so far have been logically insolvable requiring you to guess squares. 5/5, love it.

Would really love a mute button, still 5/5 because I love these types of puzzles, but being able to listen to my music while playing this game would be highly appreciated.

This game would get 5 stars but sometimes I'd put an X where there DEFINITELY is one (such as in a column or row that has "0") and it will be red and subtract 1 min for some reason…. otherwise I really like the game. 4/5

I enjoy the game, and it's one of the nicer looking games like this out there, but I despise the actual game mechanics. I can't tell you how many times I've misclicked a square because my stroke wasn't as straight as it should be or I forgot which pen I had selected. I love the achievement/badge system, but continuing to make these mistakes until I actually unlock the ability to stop them just isn't worth it almost.

I really don't like how I need to go like super far through the game in order to unlock features that seem like base necessities to me -.-
