I liked it. The addition of a second crossbow probably wasn't needed. It made it feel a little easy, but I was playing on normal so I don't know about Hard mode. The zoom was pretty cool and made it easier to see, though it does sometimes get you caught on enemy fire.
Found the "Grass" room. I guess that wasn't for something special but just there for decoration. The end suggests you can replay? Is there anything special or is it just for making the win count go up?
I didn't die on normal mode, mostly due to the heart regen and the invincibility frames after getting hurt being about 5 seconds. I probably won't replay it on hard mode but for those who are going to play it, do it on hard mode. The amount of hearts you get is enough to survive it.

pretty good,I love the artwork, and the idea. Controls, are pretty decent, didn't seem the bows were balanced, with the upgrades, or each other. And after first game over, no continuation was continued... Says, new quest will start here... and goes black. Seems misleading. Worth playing though, great job!

The motion needs to be smoother, I feel like tapping a movement key moves me waaay too far. Bullet hell games need to have very smooth movement, like a high-dps mouse, otherwise they just become frustrating as the lightest tap of the key sends you careening into a bullet a mile away.

This is a very decent game - my only gripe is that when I was fighting the second boss, robert suddenly became unresponsive to movement for periods of time - not sure if there was some mechanic I was missing or something - but I died - oh well

The game's alright, quite easy even in the hardest difficulty if you play this type of games. I'd say there's a severe lack of variety, you're stuck with your crossbow and the only thing you can get is a backwards shot and higher fire rate, nothing else for the crossbow. It's pretty barebones as is (also, try to nerf the fairies, since you can get 5 or more of them easily and chests drop so frequently, you're basically at full health after every room even if you take a hit or two).

When i select the heart option in the store, I don't get the hearts upgraded. This makes Robert very sad. VERY sad. And the little fairy that flys around his head. Whenever I open a chest I am also not getting those upgrades. I'm playing in Chrome 50.0.2661.86 (64-bit) (on a Mac). Love the game! Are these bugs? Am I doing something wrong?

Nice game, one complaint though, bosses have no life gauge. I also wish there were more options to your crossbow, like multi shot or fire arrow, still fun to play.

The bosses are kinda... repetetive, they are basicly the same, but with an extra thing compared to the last boss!!! Untill the jellyfish, the only thing that felt original was the yeti, then the jellyfish showed that it was not original too... Great game otherwise.

first try in hell, i have something to ask :chest/shop are rng based or it's common to seriously be overpowered at the end (thank to shield and fairy combo op xd)?

Please eliminate the text scrolling. You have it .s...c..r.o..l...l..i..n...g... but when I press a key to make it appear, instead it vanishes so I can't read it. End result, you force us to choose to...w...a....i.....t.....or skip. Why not just put it up and let us read it?

one more thing - the bosses take way too much hits to die. it's stops being a challenge and start being plain boring.

On the first try, I ran into a bug where two doors on room sides wouldn't open. One was a bronze, which worked after quitting and loading the save, the other was the boss door, which remained closed. (Yes I had the key)
And the rear facing crossbow doesn't fire at a constant rate, occasionally there's odd pauses that have messed me up a few times.

sometimes, when I get too close to a wall, the crossbow stop shooting backwards. getting blocked on walls doesn't help either - I mean, sometimes I'm not touching a wall, but still can't get trough an opening, maybe the collision detection is off? playing on firefox.
the fact that you have to aim with your guy (since he only shoots forwards and backwards) is a little annoying at first, but I got used to it after a couple of levels.
all in all - it's a nice little game, but there's room for improvement.
4/5

REVIEW: got increasingly easier throughout the game to where i would just intentionally take damage because the shield was so long the whole room would be completed with only 1 heart of damage and then id heal like 3 or 4 hearts also did the same thing on the bosses when it got really hard to dodge everything id just stand in front of the boss and take a hit so i didnt have to go through more cycles and risk taking more hits RATING: 0/10

Adverts have no place in games, I absolutely hate that idea. If this continues it will end up being "To continue to the next level, watch this ad".

Too short, easy, too few items. I got like 4 hearts each time i opened a chest. I played it on medium tho. But was fun to play through in like 15min, completed in 1 go, no deaths.

The last mission, the Jellyfish Lair on Normal mode broke for me. I had 3 bronze keys and got the boss key early on, but I couldn't open the Boss room. Walking into it did nothing. I additionally couldn't open a later Bronze room, so there was nothing I could do. Interesting game, but I should have played on a harder mode; it was incredibly easy. Kudos to you for not having this be some sort of bullshit idle game.
