Just realised the 1.5km badge is an easy one. Lol. At this rate I'm gonna get the 50km total hard badge before the 1.5km easy one....

This is the worst lag I ever experienced in a game. The game itself is pretty easy, even the impossible badge wouldn't be a problem if the lag wouldn't push me in obstacles over and over again. Contrary to the stars where the lag makes me teleport through them without me collecting them. At that rate, the medium 1.5km badge should be an impossible badge already.

Pro tip: turn off music/sounds. You'll get mentally exhausted while hearing the loop over and over again and will it make you make some mistakes

Not experiencing any lag, but the game is pretty bad anyways. The powerups requiring IRL money make it very clear that this is just a cash grab. The game difficulty ramps so slowly that playing to 3.5k feels more like a chore than an actual challenge.

Controls are bad but what's even worse is how unforgivably suboptimal the coding is. It's a bloated mess. Something this ugly and simple should not be this much of a resource hog. My laptop sounds like it's trying to take off.

Hold to switch lanes would be nice instead of this clunky terribleness. A legit 1 star, not just a ruined by microtransactions kind of 1 star, but an actually terrible game that looks like it's had 0 amount of testing. AND THEN IT HAS MICROTRANSACTIONS, PAY TO WIN!!!

I can't remember the last time I saw a badged game that was a legit 1/5, not just a ruined by microtransactions kind of 1/5. It's strangely impressive.

Wow... so this watermelon can smash through an endless lane of brick walls (one tough watermelon!), but is cut into thirds by the chief's single knife cut in the end. Is that knife made of adamantium? -Pip

According to the Impossible Badge, this city is only a little over 2 miles long. I can only imagine how dense the population is in this tiny place!

As someone who got the impossible badge to Hippolyta, this has none of the challenge, and is incredibly slow paced. Most games of this type have power-ups you can pick up, but this one tries to sell them to you, undermining a lot of the enjoyment in the pursuit of money.

The last straw was when the game gave me a game over screen when I still had two Kongpanions left. Either that is some utter crap programming or an utter crap ploy to get us to buy more power-ups. I don't care, I'm done with TKS either way.

"I will never eat at No Gusto's ever again! All the food was so rock hard you could use it to tear down a brick wall! 1/5 stars."

Whose idea was it to award a badge for sitting through the blandest endless runner known to man for literally ten minutes straight?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
So basic it's boring at the second attempt already (it's a shame, bc it's cute), very CPU intensive (it bugs all the time), VERY unpractical perspective view, and the scrolling hurts my eyes so bad. Bye bye.

Canabalt came out in 2009, didn't induce motion sickness and didn't have a tragicomical tacked-on microtranscation system.
F for effort.

Played it 3 times. Concept is ok, nothing new, the diagonal view makes it difficult, not a lot of visually different surroundings, often you see how one piece of area is "glued" to the next. Got a bit laggy by time. The 4th run totally ended in havies lag problems: From the beginning only the melon visible, the cook guy sometimes glitching to front or back of the melon, beigeish interruptions of the picture, distance jumping to crazy numbers (positive and negative), everything going to beige, error message (from my broser?). Reloading resulted in the same when starting a run.

insanely slow on chrome, fatal bug during intro on firefox, i'd be upset if I didn't understand from other contents that this is not a game worth playing. I just hope it wont be a needed BotD badge for me in the future.

Almost got the impossible badge on my first attempt, and I am garbage at video games. It might as well be a Subway Surfers reskin with a different camera angle.

The intense lagging and strange perspective make it quite difficult to see. The A/D controls make no sense to me; there should be an option to change the controls. Overall, not a game I find enjoyable.

Tell me your development process sucks without telling me... The leaderboard can be ranked by distance or by score. But actually, ranked by score is still ranked by distance but just displays the score instead. -_-_-_- It reeks of underpaid developers that will (rightly so) do nothing more than exactly specified. Any developer who takes a grain of enjoyment out of their work would see if it works as intended before shipping it.

Had my cursor hovered over a power-up. Clicked it and nothing happened. Concluded that the power-ups are worthless since I would either have to take my left hand off the A and D keys to use them, or they don't work PERIOD. Played the game as normal and hit the space bar to jump. It opened up the menu. Clicked out of it and crashed into the obstacle. Concluded that this game is trash that the developers shat out once their "Please Don't Eat Me" money dried up. Hopefully Kongregate is wise to your B.S. as well and will not be giving badges to your third "game" hobbled together out of recycled assets and middle school grade coding.

This is a very basic endless runner - just some static obstacles (with very little variation) and microtransaction-based powerups. The perspective makes it hard to tell which lane are you on and how close you are to obstacles. At least the badges are less grindy than the previous game.

sort of curious on why this game was made. I'm assuming kong has our information on what it's members like and what is popular. They know what earns the most money and what doesn't. I wonder if this was a result of that?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This is so-so. You dont really feel like doing the second run after the first one. I like that you utilized kongpanions. People forget that back in the day there were dozens of game submissions daily with a lot of crap, some medium and some good games. Now we get a game or two per week so even with the same ratio, hitting mediocre items lands worse than earlier

Kongregate was better off being owned by Gamestop. at least the Kongregate developers did not release crud like Please don't eat me and now this.
