band of perpetuation - heck. i dont want to mark up, cause xp needed for leveling updated spells is SO GDDMN MUcH PNTS. and i want to rank up.
i want option to pay game money for cancelation tempered magic.
or just pay its full price, but to replace it with another upgrade, which can be useful. now i have 2 slots with "wtf to do with it" upgrades.

I don't think Band of Perpetuation and Existential Enlight should reset after a full clear on doomstone. They're so late to get that by the time you do (no matter the reset) they're not terribly effective. Maybe leave their levels and just don't show them in research until they're affordable for the next level?

no expendient recitation is still there it will show up as reserch randomly if your tm lags er seting is set at zero but seting it up a few levels might help with the cooldown issue

I rated the game 5*, then I saw my rating had dropped to 1*. The problem is just above the area you are wildly clicking for runes is a rating link, so miss-click a rune and you might have accidentally changed your rating. Perhaps this explains why one of the best idle games is somewhat under-rated.

Am I the only one who can sometimes hardly see my mouse pointer? I often struggle to find it in order to claim the battlefield bonuses.

I've noticed an imbalance with the runes. If a spell has a high cd:low damage ratio, the rune for that spell will be a lot less usefull.

I'd like to see a new feature. Part of the statistics should show recent individual spell effectiveness. Sometimes you can see how much damage your spells are doing, sometimes not. Damage avg over 60sec and #of kills over 60 sec. Great game by the way, thanks topcog.

Senretsu: Maxing out your inventory is pretty easy to do without spending anything. All 3 extra slots cost about the same as choosing one particular spell.

Game seemed pretty good, enjoyed it and wondered why it was rated so low.. Until it told me I needed to spend real money in order to expand an inventory not NEARLY big enough. Absolutely disappointing.

How do summon duration runes work? Are they for already summoned creatures, or future summoned creatures? Do they stack cumulatively? Do they last past a recall?

One thing that I would really appreciate would be the death beam runes indicating that they don't work on boss enemies.

It was hard enough to catch runes before, trying to find my mouse pointer in the melee of spell effects. Now the runes are either bouncing off spell effects or randomly accelerating across the screen at random intervals, and I can't even tell if that's intentional or not.

What's the point of rune boxes if they appear so far ahead in a zone that you can't even reach them? This seems to occur way more often than a rune box appearing in an accessible zone. So it's 50/50ish on being a wasted 'skill' to upgrade.

Ehm, did the update for Higher Refresh rate monitors break it? The mage and spells move super slow now compared to before :/
Hey! It's possible that something went wrong in the last update. Are you running a high-refresh rate monitor? If so, I think the game was running at x2 speed for you previously. Could you check in the academy, and see if researches count down at the right rate (watch the seconds tick down) and let me know what you see? Thanks!

Is there a way to target enemies near my mage rather than the most distant ones? its frustrating to take damage from and enemy I can't target.

I Kind of agree with both Kitt & Dolton. I have been playing for a few days, and only managed to get to level 16. Am I doing something wrong? I don't know, I am purchasing upgrades as I have coins for, I am Enchanting when I can, currently lv 10. Labeled as an IDEL game, but I find myself more active than idle. Like Collecting runes, in my opinion, should be automatic. I am at a point where I am ready to walk away form this game because now it just same thing over and over again with very little gain. Have to get to Lv 29 to do some things, have to get higher levels to do others. at this rate, it will be over a month or two of active playing to get that, again, unless I am doing something wrong.

So here I am fighting a giant lizard thing and... when it's health goes down to 0 it goes back to full again? I was just about to complain about a bug when I checked the library and... it's a '3 headed hydra '. THREE heads. And the graphic changes from 3 heads to 2 to 1. Clever clever.

I disagree with most of what dolton just said. Heavy idle gain leads to less play and login once a day to get more powerful and then after a week or two you just stop logging in. In fact you get quite a lot of benefits from idle from spellcaster ability upgrades.
However I want to comment on Dungeon. I don't have much incentive to do them. All that trouble to get a 15 minute boost? And the 15 minute boost is often less powerful than just activating a 15 minute rune. Maybe make them permanent boosts but 10-20 times less powerful. Or people can choose the weak permanent vs. strong temporary.

Portal should only be 10 waves, Portal takes way to long to get through. you unlock it when you have no chance, and even when you do have a chance that may be 2-3 WEEKS away. Spell XP takes forever to gain, needs to be doubled or tripled at how fast you get spell xp. Spells need to be rebalanced, There are many spells that are just better then others, and since you get them randomly, hinders you unless you get lucky. Game also needs to be made more idle based and have more rewards for not playing, active play requires Too much attention and time to get anywhere, and idle time makes it take 200 times as long to get to the same place as active.
