only scales to difficulty 10, lots of bugs / effects that don't do anything would recommend reading the strategy guide someone wrote up to view them :)

Quests are random, doesn't seem worth it to find additional heroes when you can be gaining exp/gold from weak shrine spawns.

Did you notice that the tombstones appearing when you kill a baddy have "SiH" written upon them? I think it means "Suffer in Hell" or something...

really awesome game, though the fact items recieved in astral plane are not to be kept, is a real huge bummer. It is a fairly big decrease in the ability to grow with the increasing toughness of battles and kind of a buzzkiller. Honestly its the reason i decided to quit playing.

i agree also that astral items should be permanent, maybe make them a template and charge astral energy to make the item as you descend to the plane but you still have the template behind. that would also prevent a cluttered astral warehouse as you can't have more than one template and could make several items of that template.

I liked it, but then, I realised I lost everything because... of... yyyy?? What? No... Long time ago it was called "game over" you are calling it ascending... Most anoying.

I closed my game in the middle on running a plane and when I came back my guys spawn on top of a level 5 enemy and none of the buttons work

I want to love this game. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I RUN INTO THE GOD DAMNED DUNGEON EQUIPMENT BUG
This wouldn't be so bad except that THE GAME APPARENTLY DOESN'T F-CKING SAVE
Soooooooooooooo nice idea I guess, too bad it looks like you immediately stopped giving a damn as soon as it was published

I've not played much yet, but it's plains, not planes?
Maybe I just don't play enough fantasy games outside of the religious works of Tolkien.

got a nice party with 4 healers....then they lvled up to 8 and stopped healing....now i have 4 very underpowered useless mages

Edit to my prior comment, seems difficulty doesn't decrease with Astral Energy, so yeah, it should be permanent, or else you end up not being able to do anything once you spend too much at once.

Alright then, found some other stuff out: there is an exploit in the game, where if you sit on top of something that opens another screen, you get -X turns, which seems to multiple the astral energy you earn for that plane. Another thing is that, due to the mechanics of the game, Astral Energy SHOULD NOT be permanent, else you'll pretty much ruin your game, if you glitched, since difficulty would spike so high that you can't do anything :P

Also, seems that when you reload, it takes you back one square -.-, pretty much broke my game cuz when I reloaded and continued, I ended up on top of a monster pile, and can't do anything now.

The game, concept at least, is great, but the execution could have been better. Likes others have said: astral items was poorly implemented (would have preferred permanent buffs then items), there are quite a few bugs (Astral Exp not working, Opening Equipment in dungeon, Lucky Trait's mana sticking, Necrosis Trait not working as intended(?), Targeting issues (not that major, but still), etc.

"Oh look there's an enemy with one health left. It can deal massive damage to any one of us. LETS GET THE GUY WITH FULL HEALTH! Party has no idea how to stick with a target... would love a "prioritize" command that would at least make it more likely to attack one target.

The monsters can attack heroes in the back of the formations but the heroes only attack the frontline. Somehow seems unfair and makes the Formations quite useless.

5 stars : ) yet another awesome game. just please give a warning that you lose a lot of gems if you retire. i retired 3 turns from game end after sacrificing all but one hero and got a huge hit @__@

Yellow text over a light background is a bad idea. Tutorial popups are fine, but at least make sure they're easy to read or we won't have the patience to read them.

Game would be fun, except it constantly freezes when attempting to re-equip your characters in a dungeon, forcing you to reload your game, which in turn causes you to auto-fail the dungeon.

The epic journey to ascend our last hope: a girl in bunny costume.
Every one of her comrades went first, all less than 20% their soul was lost "forever"
The girl stood proud in front of the teleporter... having 30% she was confident, managing to get there by luck, because that plane was full of monsters.... She stepped in..... " SORRY YOU CANT TRY TO ASCEND YOUR LAST HERO "
"Fµck....SIDBUHQSOMIFVHzmoeiFOSEIF?QRO?FQOUGHQPOIF" said the girl. with only 6 turns left, she had to find a hero who she could PAY to be in her party.....

I have to agree with everyone. this game needs a ton of work done, great concept marred by horrible execution..
it's ironic really, this game is so very unpolished, despite how much effort appears to have gone into it. And yet, this game is ALSO a year old... meaning any updates we'd want to see will most likely never happen...

Good concept as a lot of others have mentioned, but there is too little reward for time spent. I went through a couple of planes, ascended some classes, but the next plane was just more of the same.

Priests stop healing in combat at lvl 8, making them rather useless. I suggest keeping them at 7 until you want to ascend them

I really love the game but its almost impossible to win any fights when you are first starting. You can only afford up to two units for a map in the beginning and Fights that are supposed to be easy are impossible to win. This also makes recruiting any units impossible.

every time I enter a dungeon for the first time on a map and click the equipment screen the game stops letting me click anything, forcing me to refresh the page. Then when I get back in the dungeon is gone. Please fix this!
