pretty much immediately got stuck on the edges of the desk trying to pick up the walking stick, only able to look around and squirm but unable to move. i think the 3d elements are impressive as heck but these are not games i enjoy for BOTD

you know what, I actually liked this one ok. controls and writing both need a lot of work, but as both a MC game and what seems like a proof of concept for working in Unity rather than RPGM, it's actually alright. Ada's more fun and more likeable than Dregg, the mystery more or less made sense, the shift to Unity was actually taken advantage of a little and shows promise. I don't usually like these much, but this one actually did work for me. Not bad, V.

damn, i had no idea 3d in rpg maker was possible, great looking for rpg maker but really boring. everything tries to be edgy and vague, the starting scenes are unskippable, and the controls feel weird. i enjoyed moving along a grid more.

I solved the case but the game "ended" with a bunch of bald monochrome chibis, doing nothing but getting a little darker when i hover over them. Clicking does nothing. The achievement was not obtained.

Click on Walking Cane, Old Portraits, Quill and Book on desk. Talk to the bar owner. Click on the Murder Weapon, Bloody Footprints and Blood Splatter at the victim. Then click on the door and talk to anderson. Answers for questions: He has a weak back, is Left Handed, on the Door, the blood splatter. Find the person with red eyes. Then answer more quesions: Related, in the Portraits, has a family, Money, The Blood Splatter. Then keep skipping text until you get the achievement.

Solving this mystery felt very satisfying. At first, I thought that maybe the guards had a crush on Ava...then I realized why they were scared of her; shocking but a great premise for a sequel!

seems like a remake?
The story line can be played as the game release dates, but this one seems it should be a while before.

So I let the game load while I start scrolling through the comments looking for a walkthrough or "jump to the end" like with the RPGMaker ones, and the achievement comes up that I played this game to the end already. Today. WTF? OK, I'll take it. Next!

This game reminds me, I really do like these games. I like the small mysteries and the characters. I wish more of these games were shorter though. I can justify 40 minutes or so on a game, but multiple hours or so starts to be a bit much. I appreciate all the effort the developer is making as a storyteller. It's cool to see how much progress they've made since here mechanically as well.

The music is annoying. The attempts at dramatic texts are annoying. The cutscenes are annoying. Most of all: having to move around with WASD instead of just clicking makes this unplayable. Just stay with the recipe of Medieval Chronicles and this would be so much better.

Game freezes after the first talking scene. This happened three days ago and today again. Using Win10 home and chrome latest update.
Also doesn't fast forward talking by pressing scroll-down but moves the whole window.

You know, a couple months ago there would be hundreds of messages complaining about another VasantJ BOTD. Now there are only a handful. These games are so bad that people literally leave and never come back.

Game news : "-Fixed Table Stuck issue"; Well I get stuck in the table every time. Have to F5 and start all over again just to get stuck...

Ugghhh, please add a SKIP ALL button for dialogue. A s kip button for all the rest. 5 minutes of unskippable intro. tons and tons of unskippable text. Long unskippable cutscenes. And that's only to get to the actual playable part.
