Before anyone comments on realism: We live in a world where Canadians get killed by flying bears, Russia takes dogs apart and puts them back together, Australia lost a war against emus, and the F117A somehow flies. This game wouldn't be the most unrealistic thing ever to happen.

How the heck is there friction in outer space. In the upgrade menu, when you hover over the speed one, it mentions "reduces friction"

For a game developed in 24 hours, I enjoyed this. From my experience, I think that this game has been one of the better games made in 24 hours. I really wouldn't change much about this game if I had the chance to.

I'm wondering how big these chunks of cheese are, if it only takes 2000 to replace the moon...one piece would probably feed a decent sized country for a few months at a minimum

Since when did cheese become as valuable as money? WE use CHEESE to buy fuel, speed, etc. Seriously, plus you're building the moon out of it... Someone could easily fly to the moon, tear it apart, shove it in their rocket, come back, and POOF. They have $2,000. which isn't even that much to start with

sorry, cheese as material for a new moon does not make sense at all. do you realise what the consequences will be.
cheese have to undergo evolution until it flies.
some random day, another planet explodes and we have to make damn much cheese to rebuild it.
