I'd suggest a different form of words for the lightning clues. The description is 'Number of mines reachable via mine-to-mine contact', which was throwing me, until I realised that it's not really the case. Perhaps: 'Number of mines reachable, including via mine-to-mine contact' would work better? The original text suggests that there should be that number of mines in contact with each other. In actual fact, it's the number of mines reachable from the starting point, some of which may be singles while others are in a line of contact.

Had the easy badge in 2017. Decided, since it was brought up again might as well get to 123. Now I'm finishing the rest... Addictive game.

@wreckfish: If you ever make a comment you realize later is wrong, irrelevant, has a typo, etc., you can always delete your own comment. Just go to "https://www.kongregate.com/accounts/"PROFILENAME"/comments" or go to your account and select "Comments" in the upper-right, then select "Delete" that is to the right of the comment you want deleted, and your comment will then be deleted.

For those stuck on 72, the hint is the fact that there are 8 lonely tiles in the one row, which means they alternate diagonally.

Yeah, the hearts differ quite a bit from the rest of the logic, but until lvl 72 I can confirm that every solution is deterministic and unique.
That being said, I also startet struggling with the cell-clogged up boards that contain few clews.
Even hardstuck at lvl72 right now, I do not know how to approach this level.

@AggelosM57 : Most ppl end up guessing which is simply how games like this end up working regardless of what the fanbois tell you.

@AggelosM57: At first it may seem like there is no way to win without guessing, but there is. The first hard one is Level 13, but once you realize that the tiles and hint blocks are all symmetrical, by logic that means that the the tiles with mines and the one tile in each row that is safe is also symmetrical. SPOILER FOR LEVEL 13: By just trying in your mind which one of the 6 tiles is safe for all 4 rows, you'll see that the only way for the puzzle to work is if the 3rd tile from the #5 green eye in each row (which also happens to be the tile in each row that is between 2 of the #1 yellow squares in each row) has to be the safe tile in each row, and the remaining 5 in each row have to be mines.

@KingWolf500: The game actually mentions on Level 9 at the top, "You can click on a hint tile if you forget how it works.", though it is unclear from just that WHY you would click on a hint tile if you forget how it works until you do so. When you do click on one a description of the hint tile will appear on the bottom of the screen and say things such as "Number of mines in the 4 surrounding tiles." if you click on the yellow square hint tile, or "Number of mines in line of sight, this row and column. Blocked by walls." if you click on the green eye hint tile (looks like a green oval with a dot in the center.)

So far made it to level 67, there has been no need to guess in any of the levels, that much is true. It's a nice challenging spin on the classic Minesweeper, quite prefer this honestly.

This game screwed my mind as I am a passionate sudoku palyer. Everytime I feel like playing sudoku and then I make a mistake - lvl. 4, my nemesis already. :/

This game is fairly easy but it is missing square numbers for where all the bombs are. The whole point of the number is to inform you that a bomb is nearby. Minesweep is challenging as it is since it's a big guessing game but not putting full info of bombs makes this even more of a guessing game.

This game is a very bad rendition of free cell. Some spots include bombs in all directions while others don't. There is no way to differentiate between the 2 either.

The whole game took me a little over a month to beat. Whew! Thanks, ZBlip, for a great game! It's a really different take on a great classic :)

For level 147 the shared 9 crowns is the answer to your confusion. The crown with 9 points sees 3 sets of 3. The crown with 6 points see two of those sets of three. then you fill in the remaining hints. When you clear the third block there is no additional rule that appears meaning there is no mine to look for.

Agreed, in level 147 there is no clue to mark whether the last spot (the mentioned square at the bottom right) is mine or not. The game says multiple times you don't have to guess so this level is not according to that rule. I don't think trying to mark it as mine should count as "not guessing", imho that _is_ guessing - in a safe way - but nonetheless guessing. Just completed level 168 (at this point the last level) so can say other levels were possible to solve by clues only. Despite level 147, great game <3

in lvl 147 there's no the second solution - you can mark bottom right as a mine - and you get no win, that means there's no mine

I think the 'heart' is my least favorite mechanic so far. Also, it doesn't seem like double clicking a clue greys it out as noted by the developer.
