Good game but id expect more from a retro remake, and i think you should change the omega ball to a buyable item, for about 2500-3000 bits due to the fact that at about 150000 points when there is 25+ enemys on the screen the lag is unbarable and fighting your way to an omega ball is impossible. 3/5 4/5 if you change it.

Enemies spawning on top of you is what breaks this game. The fact that a high score is 95% random chance is obnoxious... although I don't know how you'd iron that out.

I ended up getting around 700000 on wave 17 or something of the like. I had 6 lives but ended up killing myself because the lag was unbearable. Spread shot actually worsens your aim, making it difficult to kill red from a range. For future patches/installments, consider making more varied, difficult enemies instead of large hordes of them. As far as I'm concerned, the most difficult enemy in this game is lag, which caused me around 10-12 error messages after every death because my computer couldn't handle the particles exploding (even with the lowest settings). I would also recommend making lives more expensive.

I found this game enjoyable, although I wish you could upgrade rate, power, etc on its own accord. Also, spread shot made me miss, more than it helped-I only get it for the higher rates later on.

Needs to remove the 'spread shot' upgrade. Maybe have upgrade paths? A good game however movement controls are pretty useless from what I can tell (up to lvl 12) as I just sat still, the only time I really moved was because the bad guys were at opposite ends and the decreased accuracy of the spread shot. 3/5 Good game overall!

I like it. It's sort of a mix of Geometry Wars and Luminara. But Spread Shot isn't what I thought it would be, and I think this game would be better with upgrade paths like Bubble Tanks 2.

Any "lag" you experience comes from your own computer's fault. Not the games. This game does not deserve a bad rating based on that! However, I do think the difficulty curve should be evened out a little more. Between the red crosses, and the triangles, I can't last too long.

I like the style of the game, and the controls are responsive. I would have expected each successive type of enemy to award a higher number of bits, and the spread shot to be an actual spread shot (and not a Drunk Shot).

I thought that Spread Shot usually means shoots multiple bullets in an arc pattern, not shoots a single bullet really inaccurately, and it slows down the rate of fire again so it makes the game harder. Try and make upgrade paths like the ones in Bubble tanks 2 and makes the game area larger so it doesnt seem as cramped. Basically, make it more like Geometry Wars 2 with upgrade paths.
