I really like the concept, but I think the whole game could use more variety, i.e. more weapons, more enemies, enemies with different attack patterns etc.

This game is great!
i Love the music and overall gameplay!
However it would be nice to know how many lives you have left, and the whole shooting thing seems pointless except for a few occasions (the top-to-bottom-walls), where it's often hard to shoot your way through
But.. as i said, great game and i would like to see more modes, more blocks, and maybe even a powerup or two ;)

Great concept, great music. Good to see a game not extending it's station and just focusing on what it does best.
I’d like to see you expand the concept further, though. My advice would be to flesh out the gameplay by staying in the sweet spot of "challenge" and “the player is still learning something”. Oroboros is a great example of a game that does that along with not extending it's station. It also has a novel way of letting you keep playing if you want without impacting the game experience for players who want to stop when they finish the game.
There seem to be a few issues with the space ship thing when you die. I also believe the game could be a little more intuitive. Other then that, not bad at all. 3 out of 5.

Shooting them is only like needed to get past something further you can just slide through the lvls.
3/5 for now maybe 4/5 later.

This was really fun! The music really completed the atmosphere, and the graphics are awesome. Interesting idea for a game, too. My only complaint is that you should add more levels, upgrades, etc. And like said before.. a health bar would be really nice. o.O

tivaelydoc, I haven't seen any problems with the health system...that's odd. If you get hit, you're invincible for a few seconds (while your character is darkened), and then you go back to normal. If you get hit 5 times you lose.

Can you explain the health system in this game? One round I got hit 30 times and I was fine, and another round just once and I was dead. What's up with this?
