I seemed to have noticed something
In Chapters 1 and 2, wherein Kathryn's life is still a wreck, the level exit is always to the left of the screen, in direct contrast with the platformer standard.
In Chapter 3, wherein she begins to turn her life around, the exit is always downwards.
And in Chapters 4 and 5, wherein Kathryn begins to find happiness, the exit is always to the right, restoring the status quo.

5/5, but I have a huge problem with the "Level 4" stages; the rain graphics/sound effects (although lovely) tend to slow down my computer more than I want it to, which made those sections harder to complete compared to the others. I wish there was a way to 'toggle off' the rain (even though it's beautifully atmospheric) or somehow adjust the graphics so that the rain doesn't become hindering. Wonderful game nonetheless. <=)

Hey... thanks for doing The Company of Myself even sadder than it was before. The puzzles, however, weren´t as challenging. 4/5

Oh my GOD.
My mind has been blown multiple times now.
The learning curve in this game is perfect. Every world introduces fantastic and logical progressions to the way the game overall works. The thought and design that went into this, along with the tight integration with the plot, makes this a fantastic work. They're different in many respects, but the innovative design, natural progression, and mindblown-ness reminded me a lot of my experience with Braid.
People are going to hate on this because it has the "The Company of Myself", and with a game that good people will always be nostalgic and wish there were more of the same. I cannot laud you enough for deciding instead to explore different gameplay elements. This game is absolutely excellent. Well done.

Ya know....most of the game is...average. But, I enjoyed The Meadow. So, all in all...doesn't live up to TCOM, and I think for the next one you need to jump back in the vein of the first. Honestly I hated how Jack looked..his giant head just looks laughable and terrible. And overall the art is much less appealing than before. So yeah, for the next one...please go back to how TCOM was...it was a GOTY here for a reason. I did enjoy most of this but...average is a good word.

I was lucky enough to beat Fixation without beating The Company of Myself first; and to be honest that gave the story a much greater impact. It paints a interesting picture of somebody, that see's the world as gritty and realistic yet at the same time completely alien. The ending not making much sense at all, the two separating for almost no clear reason and quite suddenly. Until of course, I made a point of immediately beating Company of Myself. Then it unfortunately made sense. I would of enjoyed fixation much less if at all if I went in knowing Kat's fate.

Absolutely gorgeous game and beautiful storyline - the dialogue is wonderfully written and doesn't seem tedious even though there's tons of it. c:

Any way we can turn down the quality or reduce some special effects? When I saw the loading screen I wasn't sure there was a game, it took that long to load. Also, the swamp levels are almost unplayable on my computer. Excellent game besides that, though.

Weather you love or hate this (personally, it's....ok) I think we can all agree that it falls light years short of TCOM..which is sad.

Not sure if I glitched or something, but the last laser in the game didn't hurt me...then again it would make sense since the lasers represented personal problems, and in "the meadow" you are in a state where nothing really bothers you, if the second thing was the intention, nice detail, just like Jack's stuttering...kinda wish I could've chosen the left path at the end though lol.

I played through the game mainly for the story. I understand that this is aimed at a more puzzly audience (I enjoy puzzles only for a certain period of time) but still I have to say I got a bit bored and frustrated that I can't solve a certain puzzle (I'm looking at you swamp) because I'm tired and lack timing. On the other hand, I can't say I did not enjoy it :)

"What kind of a cave has a no smoking section?" "A metaphorical one that's based on your current mindset?" Wow. That's deep AND hilarious.

My friends don't seem to have a problem with me blowing as much cancer at them as I can manage with my infinite breath.
