The smoke ring mechanic is pretty bad to pull off, makes it somewhat unplayable when you have to do a few in succession. 0.1 second off and "oops". Otherwise like the game.

i hadnt played company of myself for too long, so the ending didn't feel that special, if thats how you feel play company of myself again and it'll be awesome. trust me

so in a nutshell Jack is loony, Kathryn likes him and they each part ways to go back home but jack doesn't remember anything. Am I right or did I miss something? I think there needs to be a "sequel" to Company of Myself to explain more stuff. I like the story I think <

Woooow, that ending just floored me. You definitely expanded on a small puzzle game you made years ago and made it much more rich and profound. Yeah, it's a little wordy, but I think it actually makes it much more deep and meaningful than The Company of Myself: the smoking, the psychologist, and how each puzzle represents herself trying to overcome a struggle. 5/5

I give up, I can't play this the game. It's puzzles seem simple and looks like a lot of fun, but the ring mechanic is just way too frustrating without the timer or a visual example to follow. Do you hold the button for 1 second? 2 seconds? 1.7 seconds? Shame too because I enjoyed the story and gameplay so far.

This completely changes the message of The company of myself. Many of the scenes in that game made me cry, but seeing now what truly happened makes me cry as well.

I don't know about anyone else but i have random pitfalls in my house just like this girl. It gives your house some character.

I played The Company of Myself before, but I didn't really get it. Then I played Fixation today, and I didn't really get it. Then I went back and played Company of Myself again... and then I got it. It's a very sad story. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Call me an idiot, but I don't get it. She dies and then he doesn't remember the day? I get the "he was on medication" thing BUUUUT he didn't seemed affected by it in the earlier levels, he could remember stuff. And in "The company of myself" he does remember, at the very end he says "and the the shrink leaves and I have no one to tell my story to" so... I don't get it.

This game absolutely requires the story to be read. The story is absolutely genius. It also gives you a break between the frustrating levels.

Great game, but the way the dialogue bubbles scrolled and moved around a lot gave me a headache reading. Still 5/5 though.

A sad mix of fantastic concept regarding the story with poor execution regarding the actual game mechanics. Somewhere in the swamp it stopped being worth the story. Meh.

What this game lacks, that "The Company of Myself" has, is a simplified, streamlined monologue. In the latter, there was no more than one or two sentences a level, such that only the most impatient player would complain about them. Here, however, that is sadly not the case; I for one think that this difference is the only thing keeping this game from rating as high as its predecessor.

@Lulani
There is a new element introduced in every chapter. Once you figure out the new element, the solution should be obvious.
@blade123
It's possible, but there is no reward for it. If you can't figure it out, you're not really missing out on anything.

I was excited when I saw that this was a prequel to The Company of Myself and am glad I played through. Some tough areas but nothing you could get stuck on for too long. The last area made my gut wrench as I recognized it right off the bat and knew what was coming. Great work.

I wan to to like this, but the smoke ring controls are horrible. bad in game tutorial/direction. you mention the double jump 8 levels after you need it... and seriously, you take away the smoke ring meter? how exactly should i figure that out? huge fail.
