I love the music and planning ahead in this game, kind of remids me of limbo on the xbox 360.
the last level stumped me for a while, but I finally figured it out (not telling you how I did it, though).
Altogether, great game, 5/5.
@illachilla you can't double jump.

@preischadt, you mean a section for the games based on life's strange darkness. Somewhat of a 'Tim Burton-like Games Section'. I find these kind of stories to be the only thing that keeps our minds filled with the knowledge of how much of a dynamic world we live in.

I dare ANYONE after playing this to wholeheartedly say "video games aren't art". Beautiful, beautiful game. The accompanied music is perfect for the theme, the graphics are just enough to keep the eye appealed without distracting from the overall emotion and story. The gameplay was fun and challenging, but without being mind numbing and taking away from the experience. The level where you realized immediately that you had to kill Kathryn made my heart drop. I tried to jump on her and sacrifice myself, but to no avail, and that really tore at me. Not just watching her die, but knowing it was coming and pulling that lever to move on so selfishly. Amazing. 5/5 stars and more if I could give them.

Good game reminds me of the shift games with a storie element. First kongergate game I have played with a storie like this. I also like the music has a sadness to it which gose good with the game. Good job.

This game was amazing and really touched my heart, you felt a real ache at the end when you fully understand what has happened. For me this is one of my all time favourite games for the shear brilliance of the storyline and how it moves you.

I played this wonderful game a couple of times now. And after all I'm astonished by the fact how heart taking this story is. Its like that You are right beside him telling you his story. A story that touches the soul of everyone playing this game. KONGREGATE needs more of those games. Games which touches the player and forces him to end the protagonists journey to relieve his tortured soul.
PS: Does everyone know where i can get the full story text? Because its hart to type it all while playing. THX

I like the concept of the game but is there a better way of competeing the last level than spamming, those reflections of the past thingies and jumping on their heads?

When it says "The shrink leaves, and suddenly I don't even have a person to tell my story to anymore", he is likely so attached to the story that he wants to tell his story everytime someone is willing to listen. His traumatic experience likely makes him forget the reason why the psychologist was there and reverts him into an insane state where he can only think of the event of Kathyryn's death.

if you wait for the end of the credits you will see that it says "The shrink leaves, and suddenly I don't even have a person to tell my story to anymore", if you think about it then you will realize that YOU are the shrink that he is telling his story to!
