If you wait long enough at the "The End" screen a message appears:
"The shrink leaves, and suddenly I don't even have a person to tell my story to anymore."
So he does remember the shrink visiting, even though in the report the shrink says that he doesn't remember any of their prior meetings.... that's so sad :(

I didn't like this game since it wasn't entertaining, is a ripoff of another puzzle game involving a time traveling robot, and was relatively short. I'm also not really interested in poetry. I guess I don't exactly think like all y'all, maybe it's just me, but this game SUCKED. 1/5

I have been deeply moved by this story, I think we can all relate to him in some way. I couldn't handle my nan's (Dorathy) death for I was only 8 . . . . this Monday commemorates her death. This monday is also a public holiday (for ANZAC day) and 2 of my relatives died in that war . . . also my nan's husband (Lloyd.)
When you play this game you feel like your in it . . . . You wouldn't enjoy it ether, wold you?I would just like to leave you with this thought.You might want to write your message to him in your diary too.

:( Okay I really liked this one! It makes me sad, but I love that there is both a purpose and a challenge. Now that I finally finished it after starting it forever ago and forgetting, I understand why it is in the top. I love it, 5/5. Really, creative, beautiful, good music, and good plot. <3

The first game that has left me speechless. This is a wonderful example of a meaningful game. It is truly touching and inspiring. A sad story that leaves you feeling, well, happy.

The story-line is amazing....but sad at the same time. It has creativity that blows your mind . A really in-deep game 5/5

That was... a very unique game, with a great storyline and a mysterious feel throughout it. The ending was unexpected... The only thing that bothered me was how slow the intro and ending text was. Otherwise, it was a pretty good game. ^_^

This game's beauty and creativity has touched me deep within and released my inner feelings by putting saddening thoughts into my head. I have been deeply inspired and motivated by the art and time put into this project. The music places the final touch that sifts through all of my emotions and brings in part of one's own. The passion and heart-breaking occurence in this game gives your mind a challenge and recognition of a man's poor soul.

First of all Kanacali, I would agree 90%, if you had read the ending, flowers would be the checkpoints, the green door would be the green box that they buried Kathryn in. The ghosts was the guys thought of how life would be like if Kathryn was there, yes this was the visit from the Psychologist Jack (I think his name was) and he presented the game to the guy just to see how he reacts and feels about it. Great game, very sad and nice storyline 10/10. Best puzzle platformer on kongregate. :)
