Great game and to answer you, no it isn't very clear about holding down the fire button to shoot the mortars farther. I learned how to do it by mistake actually. Spent most of the level shooting them up close. If you could make a target move as the mouse button is held down it would make people realize that you have to hold the button down to shoot. I very very much enjoyed this game. Would very much like multiplayer action. some deathmatch,capture the flag and KOTH modes would be VERY fun! I'll be waiting for the next games. Great job
Yes Multiplayer would be great. ping time and lag are the issue in flash games (Onur the coder says) maybe if it was downloadable we could do that. Agreed, team capture the flag/deathatch would be fantastic. -Leigh

WOW this game has horrible controls. As you move the mouse the whole screen moves with you, which in some cases is good, but not WHILE you're trying to aim!

what is the point of upgrading cooldown if the fire rate increases when it gets closer to overheating. When you make tankblitz one, either make the cooldown upgrade increase it's maximum overheat or just have overheating decrease accuracy instead of increasing fire rate

What do the heat seeking missiles do exactly? I bought them but they do not appear to be selectable as a weapon using q/e or 123, etc.

Lots of fun so far! One note that wasn't explained anywhere I could see that I figured out for myself, when using the mortar, there is a white notch in the charge bar as it charges, that puts the mortar where your mouse is pointing if you let go when the charge bar reaches that spot.
Suggestion, have the bar charge then uncharge, back and forth, for lining up tricky shots, rather than just filling and getting stuck there.
well if youve played wonderputt which is 3rd best game this month, it lasts about 10 minutes, same as this demo. 1/5!? really. Thanks for your appreciation. Leigh

It tells me I killed 31, 21 and 24 of each kind of enemies, but the total is wrong: it says 74, while it'd add up to 84.
Other than that, awesome game and hope to see it in full :)!

The machine gun is basically a waste of a weapon slot. I just run over infantry and it does minimal damage to armor and towers. Also, the game is pretty much impossible on veteran due to the lack of ammo. The controls and game play are fantastic, however.

kinda fun but way too slow paced. double the speed of everything (movement, bullets, enemies, e.t.c) and it would be a winner

Payed it twice on normal difficulty. Died both times without ever finding a checkpoint. Yeah, no thanks. Next game please.

As always, automatic 1/5 for leaving out part of the game that's only accessible on other sites. Kongregate supports micropayments, so there's no excuse for this.

Wow, the advanced difficulty levels sure are a kick in the nuts. Ended up going through on rookie just so I could reach the shop and spend all the cash I earned on my several abortive veteran runs. Apart from that, really well made game.

Guys I loved this game! I can't wait until you get more money/sponsorship and get a bigger version out. In fact I'd probably buy it if you did a full Steam downloaded version for $5 or $10 or whatever is reasonable.

Stop asking how to use missiles! In the main menu there's an option that says "controls". Don't tell people what the controls are when they ask for it. If they can't figure out on their own then they don't deserve to know. Exception: if the game either doesn't show the instructions or if it is very vague. This game is NOT one of those games that suck at displaying the instructions
i understand, but it does point out an error in our design if so many people have the issue. Our interactive tutorial in part 1 will solve it. thanks for the post.
