great, needs badges and the full thing though. For those who are short on time try using keyboard shortcuts. For the screw+gel thing, you've to follow the red thing in circle (after having selected both).

Who the fuk has bugs living inside their heart? I'm operating on fuking dogs with ehartworks or something? This game is totally unrealistic and those guys at adult swim need to stop doing the blow.

Got to dude who shot himself with nail gun, got the two that were visible, then nothing happned. got bored, went off. 3/5

Great game but you could had been a little better in descriping the instructions, for example with the corkscrew/Pain-away thingy .. and if you removed the timer it would be better :) besides .. Great game 4/5
