@redbeard1998 I actually past the level where you hav e to help cletus. You just have to be fast or rub the pain away gel on the patient because that gives so health.

Cletus is very easy to fix. just use the cork screw with the pain relief to add more heart bps. Horrace is insanely hard. 1 miss with the car battery and he is dead.
