select corkscrew then gel click on the body somewhere hold mouse and follow the red area then their heart beat is about 10 up + if this was helpfull

@Aegrescos: No, you're using it correctly, it just takes some time to warm up first (and it tends to suck up blood first, annoyingly). If you're using it to remove fires, you need to suck up some liquid before attempting to go at the flame.
Also: Act 1 only? That's a bit depressing.

for everyone stuck on cletus or whoever, if you use the cork screw and the cream it heals the patient, just thought that could help

If you get the "bug" when you use the lighter and it says wrong place, put more staples in the wound again. It sometimes forgets that you stapled it properly. I'm currently stuck on the dude with the ants. Wish the stupid "OK's" would get out of the way. I keep missing the ants underneath when they first burst out of the ant hills.

@vanguard12 improve heart rate by clicking the corkscrew and gel and hold is on the paitents skin and put your crouser on the red thing and follow it. tip if u dont use the gel than it hurts him
