frag towers are definitely best for asteroids, but better have at least 1 laser to deal with ice attacks. the trick is that you have to destroy every asteroid in each wave to make the next wave of asteroids appear-which is important to get more points than the others!

Nice game :)
Read in-game help! You must attack your enemies in order to win. Just finished first campaign - quiet entertaining! But from what i noticed - 6xCANNON upgraded to frag, then to blast cannon will keep you totally safe! No need for more defenses - only blast cannons. Put 2x gravity well and 2x hangars. Wait till all attacks are charged and you have cash. Attack one enemy at a time with all at once!

This game makes no sense whatsoever. On my very first round, no matter how I upgrade my towers/techs and how I place my towers, even if I clear every asteroid thrown at me, I always wind up last. Is this game *designed* to discourage playing it?

yeahiwin - are you sure you are looking at asteroids destroyed, and not the bonus cash, which is based on number of planets you own plus a small bonus for winning a level

what the heck i completely owned all the competitors yet the person in secong 1100 and i got 900 it was 1032 to 500!!!!!!!!!

fun concept.....not quite balanced enough, gets a little tedious after awhile. Not really any point exploring the other options it offers when tons of gravity wells do the trick. but overall very good job.

This game makes me feel stupid. The goal is to destroy more asteroids than the other guy, but how can you control how many asteroids you destroy? If you destroy all that come at you, isn't that the best possible? And why would you want to use a gravity well to send asteroids at your enemy? That's just giving them asteroids. 1/5 stars.

it would be nice to see a sandbox mode or a survival mode put in altho it took me a while to find out what to do since i dont like to play tutorial's but its a great game and i think you should make a version 2 for it

1. You can win by just spamming frags (though making 1 or 2 death beams lets you utter the game completely)
2. dude are those computers asleep or something? i mean 1256 asteroids to 315 asteroids is absolute nuking.
For people to know:
1. The asteroids you send against them dont count as kills.
2. Yes it is better to bomb your own meteors rather than focusing on sending more meteors to your enemies.
3. The planet taking is screwed up, or atleast it looks like it is, since no matter if they win or loose, they will still take the planet they were attacking.
4. The frag cannons are still overpowered, the only way to change that is to either change the lasers to have more range and make asteroids harder per wave (after 30 seconds left of a round and you got a bunch of frags stackd up the meteors dont even seem to respawn from the beating they are taking)
5. The computers seem to only make loads of pirate fleets and lasers, which in combination make pretty much the worse setting posible

Jesus...this is not a game you want to try to figure out while you're drunk. I don't know what the hell's going on, but it seems really cool. 5/5.

build 3-4 refineries, 8-10 cannons, and 3 lasers. the rest should be wells. fully upgrade all. you win. xD I love this game. Could use a slightly different playmode. Sandbox maybe?

Heres how i won, upgraded factory every single time, at the start you build as many factories as possible, then build 4 Cannons with speed upgrade, then the rest you spamm gravity wells. You should get money faster than you can send asteroids and just spam them like crazy

its a little to easy... just get a few cannons to tide you over, build all the factories you can and spend all the money you get on frag cannons

Thats not true, lasers kill ice rocks and other large rocks faster than cannons. Cannons are good for destroying a lot of small rocks, so you need a balance of both kinds. Unless you dont care about the number of asteroids you destroy(which you should) then go ahead and use cannons.

The different kind of weapons aren't balanced out. If you, for example, try to max out lasers, you destroy astoroids too slow, cause of the short range and the lack of splitting shoot. If you go on cannons, you don't need any other shooting type

So, if you are winning a battle and then abandon it, the game records it as a victory and awards you the full monies as if you'd stuck it out for the whole thing. You also advance to the next planet.
