Oh this is bad. I spent an hour beating the first map of the campaign. Now it shows no progress. Wow. While gaming is typically a waste of time at least I get some sort of feeling of accomplishment. With this game I waste time and feel cheated. This glitch dropped this game from a 4/5 to 2/5.

This game is ultimatly too easy. Especially with the upgrades. I don't even have to watch the screen for the last two minutes.

A multiplayer version, while a programming nightmare, would make this an amazing game. Easily it could win the monthly competition here.

yaknow, there was a ruckus about the unfairnessto the player and how the computer "gets more asteroids" but i think this cann all e solved by NOT getting gravity wells, because they send more asteroids to your opponent, and are really a waste of space.

I really like this game except for the fact that it doesn't save your campaign game. It unfortunately tends to lag also... I'm hoping for a sequel, maybe a little bit more challenging and maybe with the Kong API integrated too. Other then that, 5/5. It is very well designed once you get used to the symbols and general layout.

front line-3-5 laser towers or refinery towers near any crystals
middle line-frag/blast towers and refinerie if needed
bottom lines are same as middle line, simple win just upgrade everything.

There is a glitch.. Afet a long a grueling effort.. I won the first map in CAMPAIGN.. It even gave me the I win screen. It then sent me to the main menu which I went back. And it said I never defeated the map.. What is up with that?

Yawn. Not enough interaction after I build my towers, which happens really fast. Blast tower blast tower blast tower...

I love the comments about how unfair it is, I have left comments like that before I figured out how to play... lol just like many games that have come before it, just find a good combination of towers and it's boarsville for hours.... weeeeeeeeeeeee

Decent idea, but man, got really boring really fast. I took the first planet, and none of the AI ever came close to giving me a challenge after that. If you're having trouble, I mean, c'mon. Buy the refinery and flak towers so you can build those right away, and just upgrade stuff like economy after that. When placing bases, get 3 or 4 factories right away with a few towers, get those all maxed right away. You'l have resources pouring in in no time and you can then send a nonstop wave of crap at your enemies. Cinch.

unfortunate bug, if you check the data screen and make sure you have more rocks than your opponents, then abandon the level, it counts as a win and you get that planet. Can easily beat any campaign like this.

Ok, I'm playing Orion's Belt Scenario which is one on one... I don't even have the attack ship technology so who the hell is attacking my opponent with attack ships?

its but kinda crap good concept but basicly the same thing over and over a second one with inprovements could be awesome 2/5

If the AI didn't cheat so badly, then maybe this game could be classed as decent...
Either make the AI fair or just have it you against pirates or something... Against other miners is just stupid unless it works fairly....

At the start the game is very addicting. When you pass over the 4th or 5th mission, you get pretty bored.Though it is interesting.Great graphics and game style.I am giving it a 4/5.If it had something a little more in it,i would probably give it a 5/5.

I finally figured out that it has more to do with beating up your opponents than shooting the rocks.. Especially given the computer cheats and somehow gets more rocks to stop than you do).
Use offensive weapons to nuke them back to the stone age... (the tutorials could be a LOT more helpful)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Once you figure it out, it's too ez. Frag towers, 2 anti air, 2 lasers, max factories, and fill the rest with offensive weapons and simply obliterate the enemy. 2/5

bigalzc.my brute . com Make me me a pupil if you make one for me leave me a shout i will make 1 for you Thank you really appreciated ;-)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Not terrible, but it's definitely lacking somewhere. It gets really boring because you just have to do the same thing over and over again to win. No real challenge to it once you figure it out. Definitely needs.... something. 2/5

i could never buy the smugglers den and volcano. i dunno if theres some like glitch with that or if its only avaliable on their website like with the 2 maps. it doesnt say it is but o well

Loved the game, but it really is far too easy - I completed it first time, on hard, without losing a battle... seemed to me that a few refineries, with a load of frag towers, 1 AA gun, and some level 2 lasers, was enough see off the enemy, then you could just send wave after wave of attacks at the enemy and obliterate their entire bases before the clock runs out.
Any thoughts? I'm normally rubbish at this sort of game, but found this one a bit formulaic as a result.

Hey everyone, just an update to let you know I am working on fixing some of the bugs you've found (black screen of death is a PITA) and if you have suggestions to balance it better LET ME KNOW!

The tactic that worked best for me: Place the top row as towers, then place as many factories as possible. When you get these upgrades (frag/blast towers, then factories, then lasers) upgrade the top row to blast towers, then the second row to death rays. You should be set from there. To have a bit more fun, buy the gravity well and hangar and bombard the other teams with all four attacks at once.

Nice game. Decent concept but some major issus in style. First, I like the winning concept - not the usual kill-the-other goal. For all that wonder why you lack of asteroids: if there are only ~4 Asteroids left, the next wave is spawned - for some battles the cpu builds many towers so he shoots the waves really fast and thus getting more asteroidwaves.
Second, the game has a VERY long list of issues. For all who like to cheat here are two exploits: build a solar-panel early, better deluxe - asteroids and air-attacks dont consume much shield power, so you can render yourself immune to much damage with 1-2 solar panels by switching the shield on-off
the other thing is more useful: you can just abandon the battle when you like the current amount of destroyed asteroids - the last one does not make his move on the map - saves much time !

Really needs a save mode as soon as possible for the campaign.
Could develop into quite an addictive game with a few refinements, most of which have already been mentioned.
The framework is there though, and the idea is sound.

Way too many problems to list. Decent idea, poor execution. Needs much more development. Tutorial is awful, weapons, upgrades, enemies, everything needs lots of balancing work. More like a beta than a finished product.
