After 5 years of trying for this hard badge on and off, with it being today's Badge of the Day I finally got serious about it. The game doesn't tell you the most important thing to get a high speed, and that is that the higher your CURRENT combo score, the faster you go. Unfortunately, my combo broke whenever I entered the water. Then today, I realized that by entered the water WHILE DOING A CORKSCREW KEPT YOUR COMBO GOING! What you need to do is press the Up key while rising to the surface of the water, and hold Down while rising and falling in the air and when you re-enter the water. Since each corkscrew turn adds to your base score and combo multiplier, doing it in the air increases your score, and keeps your combo going when you re-enter the water. Once you have gotten enough height, usually after your 3rd jump, you can add front and back flips while in mid-air to start racking up points. Rate up if this helps you so others can get the Hard badge also!

highest speed 112.87m/s... that's 406332m/h... and that's 406.332km/h! why the hell aren't we using dolphins for transport??? it'd be a lot cheaper than buying petrol... and let's face it... getting a dolphin ride into school or work would be utterly awesome!

LEEISTATEAM what u said was pairtialy true however there IS gravity the reason why u dont FEEL it is cause ur ALWAYS "freefalling" HOWEVER there IS NO FIRICTION in space and because of this deaccleration takes much longer (if u were in a spot that was also gravityless u would never stop moving). and where is the oxgen?

I think that when you go through a ring, the ring should accelerate you in the direction you are facing. I keep getting slowed down when I have already built up a ton of speed

OK forget my previous comment. Those who need medium badge: Do ALL of these in order. 1. Jump up, do Corkscrew (hold down in midair), and land nose first to get Nice Entry bonus. 2. Do this several more times and you will gradually gain speed. 3. Keep going and when you have about 20 seconds left, do it one more time and jump up. Boom. Badge earned

Besides the fact this game is addicting, the greatest part of all was explaining to my mom that I was frustrated because I couldn't get my dolphin to a restaurant in outer space.

How to get Junior Olympian Badge; gather as many fish as you can, (which I think the best way is going to the bottom of the ocean.) Then go to the top then right as you leave the water press S or the DOWN ARROW KEY to do a tail slide. Then just stay at the top of the water repeating the instructions and before you know it you will have 50.000 score! (I got 59647.) Please plus this so everyone can see the message!

@Damienls I will explain. Go to the swimming baths. Run as fast as you can. Then try running that fast through the water. How did that work out for you?

Okay, you know what? I really hate the depth of the ocean. It needs to be changed because people put in so much effort into getting such a high speed, but then all the controls are really sensitive when going through the ocean, and even the slightest touch of the up or down key can send you straight down or straight up, which leaves you doomed to fail because you then cant turn quickly enough to avoid hitting the ocean floor. Just... please lower it.

@uberpenguin: Try to get horizontal momentum. This lets you re-enter the water at something other than 90 degrees, and in turn means you have to spend less time turning (and would take longer to reach the ocean floor if you didn't turn).

Finally reached the restaurant. 2070m. The one most important thing is, you need a few (4 or 5 at least) starslides, then dive back into the water and tailslide out, the more starslides you did before the more powerful this tailslide will be. Then starslide your way up. It needs some practice, but it's totally doable.
