Wouldn't the nonpointy end of the screws have worked? You could even have used the pointy ends to fix them to the flashlight casing.

Ana is a five letter word that starts with b and ends in itch. Am I the only one annoyed by her arrogance and self righteousness? Jeez.

"any similarities of characters to real people are completely coincidental"
Hm. Does that include Arif in the club? :P

For some reason, i'd rather 'use' the taser on the clerk, than just handing it over. Just because, 'screw' you ... ha, ha ... hmpf. Nice game ^^"

I was having so much fun with this game. It reminds me of early Leisure Suit Larry. But I got turned off on the second bobbypin/door puzzle. Maybe I'm just not in the right frame of mine. So I saved, favorited, and gave it a 4/5. Maybe later I'll be quicker on the uptake re: bobby pin. ;) Nice game.

Not really sure why this one's getting voted down. Yes, some things are difficult to find, but that's the nature of the beast here. This gives a very old-school adventure game vibe, and a lot of it is exploring, reading all the text, and examining for hidden stuff. It's not bad, it's just not obvious.

5/5. Great plot, great characters, awesome dialogues, excellent music and sound design. And yes, very good puzzles: only the ring in the sink thing was quite annoying, as no clues - unless i am mistaken - where given. The needle? Well, if i am told to look in the alley then i look everywhere in the alley (4 clicks in total... pretty doable wattro!). Still, i'd like the next one to be as challenging as the original sierra games... and no hidden virgo stuff, which i found pretty useless.

It's been some time since I've played such a nice "Sierra" game. It really feels like Space Quest or King's Quest. Nice Job.

Why can't I blunt the goddamned screws anywhere else? No indications, no hints, nothing. Just "somewhere you wouldn't mind vandalizing". Sure. Like the bathroom of the bar, where there's something that I have to peel off to see what's written on the wall? Nope. Maybe the fence on the alley where there's no one, or the trash bin? Nope. The XXX cinema, that the main character seems to hate anyways? Nope.
Obviously it's a specific section of a wall where there is no indication or reason to examine the goddamned wall.
Great.

This game needs a save. I spent a hour on it yesterday thinking i could come back today and finish, but not i have to start from the begging again. :o(

Ugh... I don't think I have the patience to use the phone on every single thing in the game to find those stupid symbols.

HPV is a virus that causes warts... but you keep talking about "fungal" infection, wich has nothing to relate with either HPV or warts. Also Tea tree's oil does have some antifungal properties, but against warts is completely ineffective (it has no antiviral properties at all).

When I saw "Contains flashing images", I stopped dead in my tracks. You mean like pop-up vid style? Forget it! That's just not cool.

Needle on the fence isn't a big deal: read next time and you'll see it says "There's nothing in particular of interest on this part of the fence at this time" or something to that effect: Besides, it's in the style of the old Sierra games. One complaint I do have is that damnedable driving game though; Even while parked using the handbrake, you can suddenly start sliding sideways/backwards/forwards for no reason against all logic right into a wall. The controls are also very touchy and the track far too narrow to do it at any reasonable speed- you basically have to be holding the handbrake at all times.

Too many of the quests require checking every single friggin' square in the game for one that has changed or is different from the others. If you MUST include that kind of thing, at least make the areas of interest look slightly different to clue us in on it.

Tried using the sign on the bathroom door with caffeine pills in inventory, now still have sign and no pills. Can't finish game it looks like.

3/5: I checked all the fence boards the first time I entered the alley. On subsequent visits, I only checked one board to see if the text changed. So, when the needle became available, I had to use the game forums to find it. Finding a Virgo symbol requires several key strokes (inventory > scroll to phone > use phone). I quit after getting my cellphone. Finding the needle was annoying, and the steps for finding a Virgo symbol were way to keystroke intensive to be any fun. It seemed likely that brute force searches of every square in the game after every plot advance was going to be a continuing trend.
