This would be way more playable if it had a better shooting mechanic. It's nearly impossible to finesse jump and use the mouse to shoot at the same time, which is required when enemies occupy small platforms.

I do not normally have issues with lag on Kong games. This one was horrible, made it nearly unplayable and managing to get the easy badge was a boring slog through the first few jumps over and over and over again. Nothing else today has had lag issues for me... just this game.

I've got to say, I really enjoy this game! It has a fun, cute style, simple controls, a simple objective, and it's rather easy to play. It was a bit more challenging than I first expected it to be, but that made my overall experience so far even more fun! The little on-screen messages that would show up after you die are quite funny too, in my opinion.

Autofire really helps this game! Good to see you embrace user feedback so well. I've not played either of this or the sequel before and may well have to play more of both as a result. I like the music and the game flows really nicely. More upgrades would be nice if players wanted to play a more survival like mode but other than that solid 4/5 platformer.

Sometimes the game gets into a state where it stops accepting input and the character just goes off in whatever direction it was going. Sometimes jumps just cut off shorter than they should have.

pretty annoying game. you need to restart the game a lot of time before u can really start to play, grind, die, grind, die, grind, die aso aso aso. max 1 star rating

wow, everything i detest in a platformer, miss a jump = death, bumped by a mob = death, speed the screen scroll up to provide stress, faster death.
other then my personal opinions, looks and plays well.

I really want to continue to play the game and try to get all the badges but the lag is just too significant to ignore. Lag in games like this cause a lot of irritations

Judging by the comments I probably am not the only one who has a huge lag issue ONLY with this game, no other game has lagged on this pc. Also - I fail to find a way to reduce the quality (in hopes of defeating the lag)

I love games like this. Am currently pretending there is a boss at the top, freezing time (lag) to slow my progress. So I expect the spike and I'm like "Damn you lag, monster.. I will find you, and I will kill you"

Incredibly glitchy and laggy. You can't jump more than once without it freezing you for a second, almost always making you plummet to your death.

(2/5) good game but it lags like every 5 seconds... you get the points for the idea of climbing and shooting but the game itself crashes a lot and is unplayable.

I wish there's an upgrade like 'iron boots' that enable to jump on top of slimes. Keep on doing it. Super maaaaaaaaaario

Somehow I get a small lag spike every few seconds, which sometimes messes up my jumping. I have no idea how that's possible, because I have a 4th generation Intel Core i7 processor and a decent video card (dual GT755M in SLI). My CPU nor GPU ever reaches 100%. My CPU uses around 20% contantly. (still too much for a simple 2D game, but shouldn't give lag)

My maximum height highscore wasn't updated. It still shows the old height of 1063, but I got 1246 today.

Google Chrome says Flash Player is blocked, but the game works. I don't know if that maybe blocked the highscore from updating, but I doubt it. I allowed flash on Kongregate.com as an exception, but Chrome still gives me this message.
By the way, I just played this game again after more than 5 years and got all achievements in less than 1 hour! :D
